It’s been a minute since I’ve been there but Javier signed me up for my first checking, saving and credit card a while back (I was a actuality his first customer). He’s genuinely a good guy and hopefully still works there if they haven’t already promoted him. As an emerging young adult I didn’t know much about financial planning or anything, Javier took the time to explain the processes and procedures on how to mature my accounts over time, and to this day I follow what he told me and doing really well. Thanks Javier and his team.

Javier was mine and my husbands bank rep when we came in to open a checking account. Javier went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of information to questions were on point and he was 100% honest with us and did not push us into anything. We were assisted immediately. I came here after horrible customer service at the Chase next to the neighborhood Walmart and the Chase near Kroger. Thanks javier for making it easy and quick to open our new checking account.

This is my favorite branch by far. I have attended to other branches but the best branch is best. Mr. Frederick Ward is so helpful and mannerable and well versed with information about the company from this branch.

All I can say for this branch IMPECCABLE service and I would be reminisced to not mention it. I go out of my way to come to this branch.

So i already had a account.and i wasn't asking for anything extra.and out comes JORDAN WEBB all i can say is she is customer service at its complete BEST! I was very happy with that days transaction and then everytime i have come back since then she just is on top of her game 100% everytime.she has went above and beond to give me outstanding service. I HAD A BAD PAYROLL CHECK AND EVERYONE INSIDE THE BANK FROM THE MANAGER TO THE CLERKS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY TO GET IT RESOLVED AND GET ME PAID. GREAT TEAM

They take too many liberties with your account to shut you out and then keep stalling on getting access to your funds, thus making you have to go up and close the account. Going back to Chase and not looking back.

Great customer service and everyone goes out their way to learn who their customers are. Very pleasant and never too busy! My favorite location!

Two ATM lanes. One ATM lane is covered for rainy or hot/sunny days. Always the newest machines.
Conveniently located between Ballpark Way & Collins.

Couldn't do currency exchange originally, but staff was very welcoming and offered an alternative so that I could exchange Canadian dollars. Very impressive work!

The only reason I am not rating this location a 5STAR is because of their tellers, they need to be better listeners and more focused. Managers and Bankers are awesome. It is a convenient location for me since I just moved in the area. I love banking with Wells Fargo, but my past experience with tellers has been a lot better at other locations.

This is my favorite location! If you are looking for a personal banker I recommend Frederick and Jeremy, they will personally take care of all of your needs, and are extremely knowledgeable in their fields. The tellers are fast, kind, and actually remember you which I don't see a lot at other banks. Makes me feel special that they always know I want a Fruit Punch dum-dum's when I am there. It's the little things that make a huge difference.
