Pablo thank you so.very much! I have been to 3 other people with a issue and none of them were able to fix the issue I had. Then I went to Pablo and he literally fixed it for me withing 10 minutes or so. So thank you for that WONDERFUL customer service!
Damaris Beltran is amazing and she fit me in to her very busy schedule when she didnt have to. Some people wont do what she did for me. Even though she wasn'table to get my issue resolved,
she made me a appointmentwith someone else. So thank you
Doors are locked and they are turning people away that need to come in and do business that’s not allowed in the drive thru. 0 stars.
It takes 30-45 minutes in drive thru each time I go for a commercial deposit and small change order.
Worst experience ever had last week I called about my account to make a transfer only for the rep to tell me i could after depositing my money to have it transferred my account had a limit for me to send so I had to wait a whole day just to pull everything out to send MY money where I needed it now I’m here again trying to get a deposit slip for work only to be told I have to make a appointment with a banker hours away form now when I told them I wanted to cancel my account the banker was gladly to help me get to a customer service adviser
I Never go into this location had to stop by I was taking my mother. When going up to the teller my mom asked if she spoke Spanish the lady rudely answer yes it says it right there. My mother has eye problems. Never going back felt very discriminated. Tellers name was Gabrielle Villanueva. Extremely rude

I always tend to go in on saturday mornings because its quicker than fridays but i always seem to get the same teller Alexis she is great remembers me and always smiling.
This bank is an absolute joke. The bankers are awful. David had us drive into the bank from Burleson 3 separate times to “finalize loan documents” all three times we came in there was a problem. The last time they even had someone else’s name on the documents. Hands down the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will absolutely do everything I can to make sure everyone I know uses a different branch. Had a family member close all 6 accounts yesterday and change banks entirely. On that note, Navy Federal CU probably has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I would absolutely recommend everyone give them a shot over this place.
A great group of people to work with. Shelley Allred, a mortgage broker of theirs, has done multiple loans for me and done a great job every time.
Staff have always been very helpful. Transactions have been processed quickly and transparently.
The bank tellers are sweet but actual bankers, I am less than impressed. Yesterday was quite the fiasco.i slept on it and still woke up irate. If they dont know an answer, making one up seems like the next best way. I was made to feel very small and worthless at this bank.
Wow, the bank service advisors are slooooooooooooow and not helpful. I agree the tellers are great.
The bankers act like they don't know how to help you and push you to other bank locations rather then get you help.
