4Horrible, I know for a fact I was over in my deposit and I was supposed to get change back. At least $10 back i called them back on the speaker thingy and she said no the only thing over was a Penny. Wrong. This is not the first time this happens so now I do believe they be stealing your money that is over. And the one who assist me was Rhonda and rude. Yeah i honestly believe they be stealing whatever money is over.
I drove up for a simple deposit there was no cars waiting and the teller named Rhonda had a terrible attitude, she didn’t even acknowledge I was there until I pressed the call button. She then acted like I was bothering her when I asked her to cash and deposit so the funds would be available the same day she said she couldn’t do that. I’ve always been able to do this at other Wells Fargo bank. Rhonda was lazy, ignorant, and rude. Wells Fargo needs to stop hiring these ghetto tellers!
Terrible I went to withdraw $640 and he only gave me $280
I call and they tell me that it will take 10 days to return the money to the card.
Bad, bad.no cars in the line 15 min.only need 50 dollars in change.and send me back my bag emty? Why not close this.never give good service.
