I recommend this spot because of the young lady that was working tonight. She went above and beyond to assist not only my self-inflicted chaotic time while taking care of other present customers

A good place to do your laundry. The washers are new, albeit a little costly, but I feel the clothes were clean after the wash. There are different sizes of machines depending on your load, and the prices are set according to the size of load. Of course, one person's load size may not be as the next, so you'll have to make that call. It does need more places to sit. The machines can be paid with coin or card, which is quite convenient when having no cash on hand. I recommend this location, and I will be going there again.

Even though they are under remodeling the place is clean. The prices reasonable. Now they have card readers if you like to pay that way. My weekly go to laundromat!

I like this place, clean, good hours, machines work well, only thing is the shady people that are there at times

Came here to do laundry because I was too far away from my normal Laundromat. It was dirty (trash all over the floor) and when I went to use one of the dryers, it took my money. The counter started to count down the minutes but the dryer itself never started. Went to look for someone to help, but it doesn't seem anyone works here and there's nothing posted on who to call in need of assistance. Will not be using this location again, and it's a shame because the other ones are so nice.

I wish they would fix the floors. Seems like no one is ever there now and last time I went it was so dirty. Some Moron washed clothes with cigarette butts all over on the floor and in the dryer. One of the dryers took 50cents from me

Family has been coming to this laundromat for approx 9 months. Everything was good until tonight. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back due to the night time worker criticizing my wife on disciplining our child when she acted up. Please tell your staff to not interfere with the parenting of customers and their children.

Basic laundry mat. Fulfilled my needs of getting my laundry done. I didn't run into any issues, though I do wish the soda machine sold some form of a diet.

Does the job, but very hot inside.

Reponse to comment: The attendant working there even commented on how warm it was and how she tried sending the owner a message about it. Might want to replace the thermostat or try managing it once in a while. Maybe move to Canada and learn some manners while you're at it.

It used to be a clean place but I lived here for 5 years and right now I've had five occasions on every occasion that I've done laundry all my socks have been stolen all my new underwear has been stolen My kids clothes have been sew in been replaced with dirty clothes. My last laundry occasion, it looked like the dryers where vandalized, it seemed to have a small price broken on the dryers, where I couldn't use multiple dryers on top. A black man spoke out and said it's so you can't use this laundry mat. I quickly left to not have any altercations. Sometimes I know I should make a police report.

Been coming here since Sept 2021 haven't really had no complaints. I like going early in the am so don't have to deal with too many ppl

I went to the other location and it was to crowded for me so I put in GPS and found this wells laundry on 38th it's nice inside thankfully they have rest rooms the washer and dryer I used worked fine they keep it clean and organized there so i left a happy customer thanks Wells Laundry on 38th st.

This was the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. Will do my laundry here always. Thank you

Very clean establishment. There are plenty of machines and they are reasonably priced. Everything you could need (except the clothes, ofmcourse.lol) to wash and dry your clothes

Facility was clean. The young lady working was nice and kept busy making sure things were in order.

Clean machines for your dirty clothes. Well lite for your safety and free wifi for those who work while they wash.family owned and family maintained. The wells family are the #1 in laundromats.
