I left this practice because I called to fill my medication and was told my doctor was no longer with the practice. They denied my medications without a visit. I already had my physical so I would have had to pay for the visit. Done.

My husband stayed with the practice. He suffers EVERY time with getting is regular meds refilled. He saw the doctor on the3/18/21. He called to fill the meds this weekend (Dr.said he needed to wait a week to refill) and they were denied. Waited 10 minutes on the phone ONCE AGAIN. This happens every single time. Been going there 5 years. Totally disrespect his time.

I tried to call the number below in the response and got voice mail for someone else named Tobi.

First time visiting the Dr.did not show up because of an emergency, and they said that they could not let anyone else see my child. She only was in need of a shot for school. So we came back a few weeks later, and they couldn't find the paperwork I filled out during the first visit. Then they couldn't find the paper I gave them with the shot she needed. The doctor came in and talked to us for about five minutes then was gone. Then a nurse came in and gave my daughter the shot with an attitude. I asked them if they found my daughters records in Mcap (or whatever portal the state uses), and she said no, but I had just gotten off the phone with the school nurse who found her immediately. Once it was time to leave, the nurse left us to figure our way out of the maze of offices alone. Yes they were a fast wait time but very unorganized and rude.

Lisa from the billing department was very nice and helped me to pay some invoices I was having a hard time paying through the online service. Thank you very much to her cause I was very upset from not hearing back after leaving several voice messages. Thanks Lisa!

Great dermatology experience! Dr. Ikpeima was great. She was very friendly and professional but also took the time to explain things to me and helped me get an out of pocket estimate for a procedure. I’ve never had an “enjoyable” experience at a doctor, but this was.

They gave me an appointment with little to no notice. They prescribed medication and I had the necessary medication that same day.

I’ve been going here for a long while. I have recommended to a lot of people. I love the drs and the staff is exceptional! A+ in my book! I have to see a cardiologist and really love that they coordinate with my regular dr. Also my wait time is always so quick. They are doing an awesome job!

Staff is polite and timely with appointment times. Dr Chou is very precise in his care and instruction. Very encouraging about progress and plan of care.

I would recommend Dr Chou and staff for excellent care.

Dr. Fari is super nice. The staff is really nice and professional. The girls taking blood are painless, so that's a plus.

From check -in to completion of my office visit, I am always treated with dignity and respect. My nurse and doctor are caring, concerned and patient with me regarding my health issues. I would recommend Dr. Chou and his staff to family and friends.

Dr. ’s and staff made every effort to see me same day as a modification in j my medications was needed immediately. Dr.also did internet search to find coupon and lowest price for new prescription. Dr then provided with written instructions on what I needed to do as there were so many changes being implemented at one time.
Doesn’t get any better than that!

I rate the Physicians and Physicians Assists 5 stars. Their staff on the other hand.from the front desk to sending Rxs to your pharmacists.it's FRUSTRATING. The front desk staff is less than cordial. And I habitually have issues with them faxing over my Rx to the pharmacy. I would be standing at the Pharmacy counter to pick up the "faxed in Rx". Which they never have, all while on the phone with a Rep at the Dr's office asking them to send it again.and them telling me, "we have confirmation that it was sent". REALLY? ! Send it again.same thing.send it again.same thing.finally, my Pharmacist says, "just have them call me with a verbal. THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME I NEED A RX. EVERY TIME! FRUSTRATING!

Dr. Edward Sanchez and his staff were great. The waiting time was short, and his nurse explained what to expect. I provided medical records from a surgery I had last spring to the receptionist when I arrived. To my surprise Dr. Sanchez had read them before coming in to see me. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The recording to office has incorrect address for Dr Diaz. It states office has moved with clarification that some physicians are still at original location. I drove to wrong location based on the office recording. Recording needs to updated because I was told that I was not the only patient that went to wrong location based on messages!
