After my next appointment will probably never be returning……I have been coming here for a while and I truly loved the place and the environment including the people my primary care provider I’d Dave Webster who I have only seen a hand full of time other than that I seen Nurse practitioner Delisa Bailey. And I truly like her she has been the on black care provider I have found to take my concerns seriously I reached out to her yesterday 13 September 2023 and asked could she right me a letter regarding my arthritis and she said she could be not because upon checking my records that information was not noted and I ended up calling the office today 14 September 2023 I explained to the receptionist the issue and I asked her could she checked the records and see what’s going on or why that information was not in my file she placed me on hold but it was when she came back that was the issue she stated to me “ Nurse Bailey had already told me no so the answer is still the same there’s nothing we can do for you"
I was taking back by her tone but nevertheless I corrected her because I never asked her to ask Nurse Bailey for a letter she had already told me no that’s not what I asked you why wasn’t that information listed in my medical and they made me to feel like I was lying because they said Dr Webster had no record of that and that was very shocking cause I asked so who was I providing my information to that was writing it down and where did it go the receptionist beings to cut me off and that’s when I proceeded to get pissed because why are you speaking over me and why isn’t my medical history being properly charted when Dr Webster had proscribed me meditation for my pain and specifically asked him for a medication that had minimal
side effects because I had take any type of narcotics or close to his that is why he prescribed me Celebrex but apparently there’s no record of that information and that’s beyond me because how was I provided medication without. The diagnosis being charted and I feel like that’s something I have a right to be pissed about instead of understanding where I was coming from she constantly telling me how she can’t right me a letter girl I don’t need the letter anymore my concern is not the lack of medical charting and I guess actual proper physical exams because after have 1 or 2 physical exams and maybe 3/4 Pap smears being naked in-front of these people no one noticed or charted the surgery that I had in 2016 on my ankle do to breaking it I limp when I walk from time to time when the arthritis gets really bad and the scare I have on my left ankle as well my ankle is as big as an apple

Dr. Rauch is a joke. I sat in with my girlfriend because she didn’t want to go alone, and now I see why. She would get halfway through explaining something or asking a question and he would interrupt her and answer the question he thought she was asking instead of letting her actually ask the question and when she said "that's not what I'm asking. What I'm asking is-" and then he would interrupt her again. Halfway through the appointment he just stood up and walked out while she was explaining what meds she was on and needed refills of. And when he eventually came back he started arguing with her about her medical records. And we still aren't exactly sure what she was prescribed or not.

Came for an appointment and was told I couldn’t do paperwork and have the doctor look at me. They made it seem like it was impossible task. I already can tell this isn’t the place where patients are in best interest

S Aghaziem for gastro is condescending. He dismissed all of my concerns and basically told me what I don’t do. He noted false accusations because what he noted is NOT what I said. I brought my baby and he was demeaning to a 1 year old will never see him again. He may have degree in this but he needs to work on his patient skills if I can give a 0 I will.

Went to the ENT to get my hearing devices looked at and when I finally seen the hearing doctor was told they don't take my disability Medicare insurance and was referred to another Hospital, but was still billed for no service for my hearing devices. When they could have just told me when I walked in for my appointment. Total scam!
