Ordered a #7. And was asked the infamous. Small, medium, or large? I chose small. I typically don't do fast food. But anyhow? Cold burger. Crew needs to be retrained. This store has been open for years. And they do this?

Great service today. The guy working the drive thru cashier was on it. He made sure our order was right and was overall a good experience. My food was good. Had a single Dave's and some spicy nuggets on the side. Their spicy Sriracha sauce is pretty good with both the fries and nuggets.

I purchased a combo meal and I assumed ketchup would be in the bag for my fries, but no. I was told you must ask for ketchup and was offered ketchup packets that were sticky with almost dried ketchup on the outside of these unopened packets.

There is ALWAYS an issue with my order no matter what I order. The food is never fresh or appealing. Customer service, the manager is always fussing at the employees in a rude manner. This place needs major HELP.

Not being hyperbolic, but this place is terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the third strike was enough. This place needs to be completely restructured before they poison someone. They always get the orders wrong and some times even mixed up with the customers orders. Never mind my tea tasted like cleaning products and was sweet, even though that I asked for unsweetened tea.

Super slow service at drive thru. Placing a mobile order should save me time, not take just as long as ordering at the speaker and wait wait waiting with 4 other cars behind me thanks to the delay.

Not to mention the cashier tried to get me to pay for my order again at the window even though payment is processed via the app.

Training in efficiency is drastically in dire need at this location.

Wasn't very happy my salad had a bunch of yellow hardcore in it and that was disappointing to me not saying it always happens but it happened and when I told the person about it they said sorry that's just the way the lettuce is

The 2-way speaker was broken. They had to take my order at the window and I had to wait there for it. They are doing the best they can with what they have. The people were nice. I hope they get the speaker fixed soon.

Probably one of the slowest Wendy's drive thru I have been to. Literally if you go there in the evening, and there like two cars in line, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. The one good thing is that you can leave the drive thru line as there is space to go if the wait is getting ridiculous.

My order was wrong on the drive-through I had to tell him that there was missing stuff in my bag, they denied it until she had to go to another person to ask, Bad attitude that had almost every part of the order wrong. Never going back here again, do not recommend.

Just as bad as the Burger King across the street. Cold fries, sloppy burgers, incompetent staff. This is the very reason kiosk machines will take over the fast food industry.

Special thanks to JUANITA! My order from Ramon, the drive thru member, was totally wrong plus he was slightly rude and I received no condiments (although he pretended to put them in the bag). Juanita corrected my order with a smilewhen I drove back to Wendy's-she even kindly instructed Ramon on how to better service customers.thank you so much. I hope she's a manager! I'll have to give Juanita a tip next time I come here lol. I was starving and she saved the day!

Good food and fast service. Friendly staff. Only when you enter and leave, there is a strong oder of cooked food.

The drive thru line took about 20 min and I was late getting back from lunch. Come on Wendy's, do better than that. Then I got a son of a baconator meal it only had 2 little strips of bacon on it. Very disappointing.

This place of business was nice, clean dinner area and restrooms the worker / cashier was pleasant my food was hot and the prices was right.

The Wendy's location on fondren #61 is atrocious. I work there maybe not for long though. The burgers are never made fresh sometimes the patties will sit on the grill up to 30-45 minutes after they have been cooked until someone orders them. Oh and the fries will sit in the fry dump for well over 30 minutes. And they will make you serve them to the customers. I'm sorry but I will never eat there again over cooked patties food not up to temp. Its not right
