Were out of everything we wanted to order! Terrible service! Didn't even have the toys for the kids.

Worst Wendy's ever never had a good experience

Now today they didnt give heads up nothing NO TOMATO on any sandwich

Even worse they wont answer phone

Waited 5 minutes for a sandwich, received my other orders without the drinks then was told to pull up to wait for sandwich, received sandwich and requested my drinks the guy didn’t know what I ordered, he then returned with watered down lemonades without straws uggh. Pay Attention to the little details People

I got no spoon for my chili.no big deal. No bbq sauce (which I requested) for chicken nuggets.no big deal as I have at home. Asked for no mayonnaise & no tomato on my sandwich & that got screwed up too. Highly unsatisfied! No napkins either. At least I got a straw for my soda.

If I could put 0 stars I would. First in line, spent 10 min waiting, and still no service. Drive thru was their priority! Horrible customer service.

Why we continue to give this place a chance is beyond me. Every single time we go the food is ice cold, missing, or wrong. Always feel like a bother to the drivethru person for making them work. Called but cant ever get anyone on the phone to resolve this issue.

Ordered a triple.no bun. Took 32 minutes. Also, all the diet drinks were out of order. I get a half hour for lunch. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible management at this location. If you see a line of cars go somewhere else. They tell everyone to pull over and clear out orders without filling them. I'm sure it makes them look good while they have people waiting 25 minutes for an order they forgot about. 10+ people waiting for drive through orders, some order they don't even remember. People asking for their money back and being ignored.

Lunch was impossible this place was packed out the door. Not sure why. Must be good but I had appointments to keep.

This place is disgusting and a clutter. Took over 35 minutes to get my order the other day and it was cold and wrong order. They always be serving cold food at this location. This place is disorganized.

Continues to disappoint with cold food and no desire to get better. Just look at the parking lot at lunch time

There's always a problem with my order when I come here.every time.and it is RARELY busy enough for there to be any sort of rush or order confusion. I ordered a half southwest salad, 10 PC spicy meal, and a s'awesome chicken sandwich meal. They instead gave me a taco salad, regular 10pc, and a jalapeno bacon sandwich.howwwww lol how. Cause I've worked plenty of fast food, and I never had any problems like that.

I love Wendy's. This particular Wendy's sucks! They remodeled the inside and it looks nice, but the staff is trash. I waited in the drive through tonight for 30 minutes to get cold food, and I waited at the window so it's not like there was a big order in front of me or anything. If I have to wait 30 min and my food isn't hot and I was just sitting there waiting at the window, what is your damn excuse? Two medium cold fries, inedible, two poorly assembled cold burgers, barely edible. Waste of money and time. Check this location Wendy's, they need a review from management. This was a Friday night at 8 PM, this should be the A-Team. I was served nothing but disappointment and cold food. Don't waste your time.

Their food is great. I always get their biggie bag and chocolate shake. It does get packed but they make their food right in front of you. So of the employees are rude, including the manager! But dont let that stop you from getting your food:)

Most of staff didn't speak American. Had to get attention of Mgr to place an order. Food was ok but overpriced.

Food is good, but the daytime drivethru girl does not listen and is in too much of a hurry to move you along then to get your order right or even give you a receipt

Usually very good! But they have a new young girl with braids who works the window. She wears no gloves and we watched her eat fries straight from were they get the fries. She messed up our whole order. She definitely has no people skills and is very rude. Corporate should know about about this. It's very unsanitary.

To improve Wendys in Dickinson needs more friendly employees. Came in with a couple kids and no one was working at the front. A few employees saw me and said nothing. I felt ignored. I realize drive thru may have been busy but at least say hello I will be right with you. Called manager and he said it won't happen again. I'm not so sure though. I ate elsewhere. I haven't had too much problem in the past here but recently this has been an issue. I love Wendy's support for foster kids and adoption but also want to have a good service experience.

Got my fries they had some type of fuzz on them. Took them back in. Asked for new ones. Girl behind counter proceeded to scratch h her braids and pick the fries up with her hands and place in fryer. Disgusting. Wont be back. Employees handling food with their hands is beyond gross.
