Wendy's, Houston TX

It was an okay experience. Nothing special. I ordered the 4for$4 Deal and my fries hardly had any salt and my burger was dry for no reason. Not the best experience overall.

Horrible experience and horrible service. I will never come back to this location. I love Wendy’s but this was horrible.

Spanish girl couldn't understand my order in Spanish. They took forever. A/C was off in the lobby. Lobby open only for takeout only.

I had the Southwest avocado salad it was very tasty and I enjoyed it not a lot of people in the place so I guess they are still scared

I don’t know who the lady at the drive thru is I went on 4/20/20 around 1 she’s Hispanic, she’s very rude and always has a bad attitude. Seems like she never wants to give the customer what they want instead what she wants to give you. She’s always rushing for no reason as if the drive thru line was so long. I ask for extra condiments she says I can’t give you extra I tell her I can pay for it that’s no problem her response was “I can’t charge you for nothing”. I made it obvious to her that I was not happy with the way she was handling my order she got even more rude. She was rushing the whole time dropped my card on the floor when she was giving it back. Didnt give me straws. Over all bad experience every time she’s in the drive thru. Service 0 stars at least the food was good and hot.

This is the cleanest Wendy's I've ever been in. There is a seating area like I'm sitting in a hotel lobby! Two flat screens, on different channels, FREE FAST WIFI. The staff are funny and friendly.

Paleo/Keto get on over here! When the burger is ordered with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, they hit it with four pieces of romaine, which is rigid enough to last the whole burger, and it automatically comes with the mayo and ketchup on the side!

I am blown away by this place and they just started serving breakfast. I have come to love this Wendy's this morning, unexpectedly.

Try the app! Best app ever! Order, pay, and place order on the way over, skip the line and makes it soooo easy to get exactly what you order. Ordering a burger with no bun and other specifics is never easy anywhere, somehow this app makes it the easiest ever.

The cashier Wanda, needs to check her attitude, speak to the customers as they walk in, this is the second time I came by there, and she doesn't make you feel welcome, there are other people out here that's looking for a job, so tell her to check herself. I'm watching her?

The burger was dry and over cooked. I visited around 3pm. Could the burger have been a leftover from the lunch rush?

Drive through long, and a little unorganized. Customer service friendly and professional. Tried a new burger I was excited about. But burger and fried onions were ice cold. I know food isn’t gonna be fresh. But at least use a heat lamp or microwave at least. I spent $13 on one person for fast food. I could of went to Denny’s across the street, or even pappas bbq down the street.

Usually stop by this location once a week since it’s on my way home. Had some issues with the transaction processing but that was resolved however, my meal was completely messed up. I ordered a number 11 which is a chicken sandwich and instead for a double bacon cheeseburger. My son didn’t get his drink either.

The fries were cold as soon as I got them which meant they were not fresh! The person that took my order constantly repeated it to me wrong and even though I was patient and helped him correct it, when I got to the window, it was still wrong!

Ordered from them thru doordash.specifically put No Ketchup.which was all over the burger. Tried calling phone wouldn't even ring would just hangup.

This is an excellent Wendy’s. I order the Dave’s triple without the bun, no ketchup, no onions, no tomatoes and extra pickles to remain on Keto. It is a little sad that they only give me two pieces of pathetic lettuce, but at least they don’t screw up the order like most other places including Jack-in-the-Box, Burger King etc.if you’re trying to eat keto this is a good place.

Great customer service, manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care if after The Wendy’s App wasn’t working right

Girl doing drive thru rude as all hell! Drinks were sloppy asked for no onions got onions when asking to add to order her face was unpleasant. First time going here and will never again. Homeless man down the road had more brains than this place!

Dining room area was clean. Employees were courteous. No problems food quality and taste was good. Just nothing to set it off as some place that I really want to come back to.

I'm not a big fan of Fast-Food, but every now and again you find yourself with limited choices, so.you take a chance. Now, they have a lot of menu items, and the pics look delicious.however I ordered the Taco Salad, yuk, yuk, yuk. I was probably able to choke down 3 bites before I threw it out. Awful.
