Wendy's, Houston TX

Food was typical Wendy's quality (good and satisfactory). But, the service was extremely slow - defeats the meaning of fast food.

They literally closed the window while o was talking after THEY made my order wrong. The orders are ALWAYS wrong here. Picture of the receipt is what was ordered and food is what I got.

Customer service was horrible. Rushed the customer to order saying "oh my god", fries were not fresh, nuggets were cold and made us pull up to wait for cold food. Not satisfied.

Food was cold to the touch even tho there was no one in the lobby and the driver thru was slow food should not be on float during slow hours should be cooked to order

The lobby was locked and no signs on the doors. Multiple people were walking up to the doors to try to go inside. Only the drive thru was open. I've ate at this location plenty of times and it's just inconvenient to not have signs up if they are going to keep the lobby closed.

Very fortunate to live close by to this Wendy's location because you can tell the people that run it really care. We've never had bad service here. They are good at what they do the drive thru lines move quickly. Food is always hot and fresh. I love Wendy's but this north loop location has a special place in my biggie heart (see what I did there).

I go here often. In fact iv spent 1,500 her in my last 4-5 visits total. But the gas station clerk accused me and my Girlfriend of "STEALING gas approaching us yelling calling us thrives in front of a lot of people. But you have to prepay in order to pump. She even called the cops on us. So we stayed there to show the police that they actually took the payment out twice. She took pictures of my girlfriend and told her that "she gone get delt with" but police said that's not a treat and asked her if she wanted to order and restraining order on use not to come back to the property for 2 years. INCREDIBLE. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER WAL-MART TO DO YOUR SHOPPING AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION.oh yeah and the price of gas was $11 in a car we don't drive much so we just top it off when we take it out

The quality has really gone down hill at this location. They serve the burgers with the meat at room temperature. I'm not coming back to this location.

It was just OK. Ordered 2 of the same combo and only charged for one, had to re order another and wait. Food was good and hot.

They have the rudest drive thru girl didn’t even let me finish order my meal and kept cutting me off. It almost look like she didn’t enjoy working there at all and I have been trying to order for 10 minutes. My order shouldn’t taken that long and I only ordered a couple of things.

They we're understaffed and rushing you on your order and the language barrier didn't make it any better. Especially when your in the drive thru.

This place is not soo good only close to my job. Today I bought a spicy chicken combo and I only got one little piece of lettuce. It was a joke and not to mention I didn't get a freaking straw. They are not cheap best bet go to Whataburger instead.

The experience has been pretty consistent. Its on a route I use to take home. The food has had been consistent and they get the order right every time. Its a good place if you want a grab and go very transactional.

Terrible service, cold food, rude people, unclean environment. You couldn’t pay me to come back. They don’t deserve 1 star.

Everything is good here just please put someone that speaks some english.not broken english this Wendys not to freeway.so yeah.

I love Wendy's! I have been going forever because I never have trouble finding the beef. Then throw in the fresh cut french fries Delicious!

I've always liked Wendy for its quick service and fresh hot food, BUT this Wendy's messed up today.
I order the 4 for 4 and only eat the fries and nuggets and give the burger to the next hungry homeless person.
However, these nuggets were cold and hard, fries cold and greasy; I'm going to spare the homeless person from getting sick.
Please have more concern about the public who are eating the food you offer. Check the temperatures, as you are instructed to and for moral reasons
