Quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever had. Fries old and burnt. Hamburger was trash. Way to much ketchup and mayo. No lettuce, I asked for everything on it. I could go on, but why bother? Definitely won't be back.

Got here at 10: 31 and asked for breakfast literally not even 5 mins pass and they said they threw away all the breakfast I guess that what happens when you got foreigners working!

Horrible manager or night time key holder. Close to closing time, I came by needing water. The guy just shakes his head and makes a throat slashing motion. Horrendous customer service. It isn't like the water line is shut off at closing.

This review is long overdue. This is the only location that I visit. They have a great crew and each time I visit my food is prepared fresh. The Shift Lead Andre is amazing. He greets you with a smile, and he's so helpful. The manager Karelyn is wonderful and pleasant. She made sure my order was made fresh. Pedro is great, and he's eager to help. He's very attentive, and he gets your order correct the first time. He's very fast and accurate in checking you out. Karelyn, Andre, and Pedro provided excellent customer service. Thank you Wendy's for hiring such great people.
Since visiting this location Andrew has assisted me twice. He's wonderful and extremely helpful. Today I bought cookies for the first time because of him. I'm happy he informed me that I could get the cookies for 99 Cent with the purchase of a combo. The sign is small so if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have bought any cookies. Andrew provided excellent customer.

They don't have a cover to stop rain from getting on you or your car, so my daughter and I went to the front door. It says on the door that the lobby is open 9 am to 12 am. I knocked and they wouldn't even look at me, so I called and the lady answers me while looking at me. I say the lobby is closed bc it is raining and it will make a mess. So, let me get this straight. We can get drenched as long as they don't have to mop the floors. That is great service, after I said this they unlocked the door. I was gonna be nice and put 2 stars but.how do you live in Texas and have trashcan tea?

Ordered the $5 Bigging Meal and the Chicken Nuggets undercooked. Went inside and service not so friendly, and the service counter was very dirty with open supplies left open all over the counter.

So the commercial boast's about crispy fries and compares them to McD so far from the truth.fries are not fresh and definitely not crispy - i'd say false advertising.

Coffee wasn't very hot and I asked for 5 packets of sugar for my Large coffee and only received one single packet. I tried to go inside and ask for more but the doors were locked. Also the drive-thru was full, nothing I could do. I would suggest giving the customers their cream or sugar for their coffee WHILE they wait on their food.

Completely messed up my order and didn’t realize until I got home. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received something not even close and can not eat it. Not wasting my time to drive 15 minutes to get it fixed. Lost money and still hungry.

Terrible place, not clean inside, had a weird smell. Ended up only getting a frosty. That was bad because they don't have the larger, thicker straws. Was given a normal straw and no spoon so it took a while for it to melt.

Totally awesome burgers that are fresh grilled with every order and the fact that they always have these beautiful smiles makes eating here that much better! I love that they use sea salt on their French fries and offer a number of healthy menu items so there really is something for everyone. We even attended an amazing FBYFL football game this past fall and Wendy's was there giving tickets for free stuff was really cool especially for the kids & adults (like me who love frosty's). I love stopping by even just to grab my littles a small frosty just like my pops did for me growing up! I remember when we lived in Leavenworth, Kansas a bunch of us JV & Varsity girls would go to Wendy's and grab small frosty's after practice- gym, tan, Wendy's! Whoohooo!

Not my favorite place but they’ve improved. Shout out to I think the manager great. The short chunky blonde lady idk she’s whole other issue. Haven’t ate there in a while though

This Wendy’s is God Awful. The guy working the register didn’t want to clean up a receipt off the floor so he convinced me it was mine that fell from my bag… the receipt was from a chevron for gas… I don’t drive… he then proceeded to be really short and dismissive. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he was just generally arrogant and lazy. The Wendy’s was actually super clean minus little wrappers like the receipt. The food was good, just terrible customer service.

My order was wrong. But this was not the first time at this location. In fact, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location my order is incorrect. EVERY. TIME. I was having this issue a YEAR ago. Tried contacting someone about it but never could get a hold of anyone at a district level. There is ZERO accountability. I vowed to never go back to that location. A year later, today, I thought I’d give it another go. Maybe staffing changed. Maybe management changed. Maybe the broken processes within were fixed. Nope. Still the SAME problems exist. Surely staffing at a store level has changed which tells me this is an issue with upper management. I feel bad for the employees who have to face this on a daily basis while management (above store level) is NEVER held accountable for the broken process in her area. I just tried calling the store multiple times to confirm the Area Manager’s name and no one picked up. Typical. I’m pretty sure her name is Corina though. And if I recall correctly, that was the same area manager from last year. This person needs to be held accountable from someone higher up for her inability to ensure a consistent customer experience. And this company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to continue for YEARS now. I would also like to say that the shift manager Karelyn Ayala threatened to call the police on me as if I was a criminal when I told her I wasn’t leaving until I was given contact information from someone higher than a store level. Wendy’s is the criminal here, not me, for taking my money and not providing the product and service that I have paid for. She eventually remade my order, gave me a refund and provided me with a phone number. The number she gave me was just the phone number of the store she works at. But maybe she was just doing her job. Maybe she had been told to not give out a phone number to a customer who received poor service and had been told to threaten the customer with calling the police on them. If so, then once again, shame on Wendy’s and shame on upper management for putting your employees in that position. I already received a refund so I’m not looking to get free food. I’m looking to get justice and looking for someone (above the store level) who is going to be held accountable. I would appreciate a formal apology from that person and from Wendy’s Corporate. I would also like to know what your action plan is to ensure this is not going to continue to happen. Until then, I will continue my boycott on Wendy’s and encourage all I come in contact with, in person and online, to boycott with me. It’s absolutely ludicrous to me that this has gone on for so long. I grew up going to Wendy’s with my family every week as a child. It’s very unfortunate.

This was something I attempted to send in a survey to the store. It said be as detailed as you like. Then when I tried to send it it limited me to 1200 characters. And then when I deleted some of it and tried to send it again it said the survey timed out! Apparently Wendy’s could care less about feedback from their customers. So now I’m posting it here and maybe someone somewhere within the Wendy’s corporation will see it and reach out and resolve the issue they are quite clearly making so difficult just to even contact them about. Absolutely ludicrous.

I was served by Antonio, who went above and beyond. I don’t know what he’s being paid, but he deserves a raise! I’ve never felt compelled to rate a Wendy’s before this.

Best fries ever. Baked potatoes the bomb. Chicken sandwich more than my 18 year old son could eat. Got 2 meal out of 1 stop.

Slow service.soda tasted like soap as if they cleaned the nozzle and placed it back befor closing. Asked which order was mine at window several times as if they'd forgotten in the 2 steps to grab it. Messed up my order, wouldn't refund it, demanded for the wrong food before making new order yet I asked for a refund on a missing extra patty. Several if not all employees standing around on phones. The Fry location is better, worth the extra few minutes of travel.

Never received hot food from this restaurant. Work down the way and every time the nuggets are cold along w the fries. Sick
