Hard no, never again.
Drive thru extremely slow and disorganized. The order taker was new, but doesn't mean you can be rude. Messed up my order and gave me the car that drove offs order. When I tried to advise this I was given attitude. Had to wait extra time for my drink because it was forgotten. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

This is by far the worst Wendy's ever. Here it is there aren't any restaurants open this late as it is.and for them to always get my order wrong or never send all of my food.today I order 2 $5 biggie bags. 10 piece nugget meal and guess what I got 2 cold burgers, recooked hard and cold nuggets. NO FRIES NOR SODAS. I'M HUNGRY ITS LATE WHAT AM I TO DO.and they only got a star because that was the only way I could make a review.

Service through the drive thru was unbearably SLOW. I guess they had to pick, peal and cut up the fries in order to fry them and kill the cow, take it to the butcher to cut it up before making the burgers. PATHETIC if I want Wendy's again I will not be going to this one on FM78.

The only thing I can say is they got my salad right. Once I got to the window I waited 10 minutes. Apparently they were more focused on the online orders. All I could hear was the guy making food yelling saying he didn’t know how to make something and talking back. One larger female manager was barking out orders and not doing anything else to help and the other manager was standing in the front being rude to some customer because they made the customers order wrong. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Seemed like it was the managers first day. Bless the girl working in the window trying to keep her cool and be friendly during all of this. If I were her I would have walked out.

Service is poor. Employees are rude. And one employee even banged on my vehicle to get my attention. Literally. The nerve to handle my property like that. She should be fired. Only a select few their have the capacity for this industry. Always a hit or miss.

Worst place ever! The service was the worst. Had to call corporate to complain. Over charged and most of my food not in bag. Had us waiting 30 minutes for our terrible service. Never go here. Go to taco bell next door. Thats what we should have done. The valley’s wendys is waaaaaay better than this.

Very rude. I always wait more than 10 minutes for my order. They would not let me pick up a door dash order from the drive thru. I always end up waiting in the lobby for it. They claimed I had to go inside lol. Since when? I’ve gone through the drive thru plenty of times and never had an issue. Poor management. Naomi the manager there insisted on me going inside. Extremely petty. Get it together Wendy’s. Be more like McDonalds and Chik fil a. Ive never have an issue at either. I would give zero stars if so could.

Decided to go through the drive through and waited quite a bit with only one car ahead of us. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, and they gave me a plain chicken sandwich with mayo on it. Not too satisfied.

Well I ordered thru the App. Went into the store to get my food the young lady was not friendly said that it would be a wait. I go out to my car and drive around to pick it up from the window and my order did not exist anymore. 45 minute wait for the Wendy’s hotline to get my money back and no food. They truly could careless at this place.

I was just there and I asked for a number 9 and didn’t even get the right burger Add onions and just cheese when I pacifically asked a number nine with only ketchup pickles and cheese and it had Bacon never gonna come back here again when I came inside the store

I truly wish that I could give this place ZERO stars! We've been here a few times and the service is always horrible. This is the first time that our food was as cold as the drinks. We sent out food back, only to get even colder fries. The "manager" was just as horrible as his staff. This was the last try that I'm willing to give this location. They always have menu lights turned off! Is it broken? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Service is absolutely horrible. If someone wants hot food and is paying for it, WHY IS IT SOOOO HARD TO DO?

I've gone 3 times, in the last month, for the apple pecan salad my favorite, and they haven't had it. I've called and they never answer the phone. Now, I just go to another Wendy's or just eat somewhere else.

So Warning when you order nuggets from this restaurant everyone. I have a 19 month old and a 3 year old that love nuggets so I ordered some from this location via a 3rd party app and let me say my children had to go to the hospital and receive hydration due to severe food poisoning.they couldn't even sip water without vomiting so I am furious. I of course did a little digging before figuring out what the problem was but all signs point to the nuggets from this restaurant because I myself ordered items from this menu (Dave's triple with fries) and I felt fine so it wasn't the fries (which they had as well) or the burger.use caution everyone or your children might get something poorly cooked and suffer for it.

This is by far the worst Wendy's restaurant I have been to. I saw 5 people inside the restaurant after trying g to get my order 1 guy showed his face and said no one was inside. HaHaHa! LIAR JUST 3 MINUTES LATER 4 people walked out a d the started taking orders again. I will not go to Wendy's after 10 pm. I hope you do not live around this place. If you do I'm do sorry for you. I wish I knew the owner personally so he could fire everyone of those lazy people. It was a very horrible experience! Sorry manager you have a sorry crew!

Good was cold, missing items, did not get what we paid for and service was horrible. They also do not answer there phone. Been trying to call all day. Picture of sour cream and chives baked potato. The nuggets and chili were cold. Was not even warm!

Mourning shift employees are friendly and have a 90% consistency with the food being fresh and well prepared which is fair. But. I absolutely do not recommend going during the evening hours as service is hit and miss and more often a miss. The evening shift has been rude and almost always tries to rush you through your order even when no one is in line. Just for it to take a year to get it out to you, and it be cold and soggy and look like it was prepared by a 4 year old. When i pay good money, i should have a meal that tastes better than something i made in the microwave. Would have gave only one or two stars if it wasn't for the mourning shift.

We placed an order online. They sent a confirmation email. When we arrived and hit the "I'm here" button on the email it said our order would be out before we finished reading the message. After waiting 10+ minutes and 2 unanswered calls we went to the long line in the drive thru only to find they hadn't even started preparing our order. Total disappointment.
