19Dead bee in my salad. Very upset. Worst part about it was I consumed half my salad before realizing.
Avoid it. I wish I could leave no stars! I bought a salad for my wife whose diabetic the tomatoes are frozen old with mold the lettuce is no longer green on the bottom. They had us park and wait for the grilled chicken which took 25 mins (because they forgot about us) then brought out the wrong combo for me and no receipt to call and complain! If I was not already going down the road, Would have asked for a refund!
The only good thing about my meal was the hot, fresh fries. My burger was cooked VERY WELL DONE. Could not even get a receipt for my meal. I was told that "ALL" the receipt printers in the store were not working.
4 employees eating licking their fingers annoyed when we walked up to order. 2 got up and went work without washing their hands, no gloves. Another employee working with the chicken nuggets rub her nose and touch the nuggets - no gloves. Good luck thinking any of them wash after using the restroom. No gloves in use by anyone. We walked out to while they laughed and ridiculed up.
Gave our order wrong the first time, and when we back they tried to give us the wrong order again since I guess they got them mixed up, when asked to pull up we had to wait 15 mins until we had to personally go in and the manager was screaming at us as if it was our fault. New management please all the reviews are about them.
The crew workers were very polite and worked quickly to resolve my issues… something the manager should’ve been doing, but she was too busy serving attitude. From the intercom to the window, I got nothing but rudeness. Management sucks at this location, do better.
Roaches crawling across the floor, dining area was disgusting, there was a ball of fecal matter on the carpet by the dining table. One male employee came to work wearing slide shoes. Several of the crew were standing around talking when they could be cleaning. The whole building could use a serious deep cleaning after bombing for roaches. Glad I didn't buy any food.
Food was cold got texas value meal. Asked for extra onions. Burger had no onions and bun was hard. Asked manager to bring onions she brought them in her hand with gloves she never changed. Asked for fresh burgers. Manager did not apologize and brought fresh burgers in her hand not on a tray and did not apologize.
Went thru the drive thru at 7: 30, guy tells me they aren't taking any more orders b/c they close @8?
No sign the dining room was closed, so I assumed drive thru was also & left. Their hours show 7-11pm and I was there around 5pm and it looked empty.
FRESH FOOD! Quick and Friendly Service! Clean Restrooms! Just needs some decorative pictures or inviting decor to add a sense of welcome.
I’m leaving my experience on here. First off the manager was rude. I had an Uber order to pick up. I informed her at the drive tru window my order. The was very unprofessional screaming telling me I don’t know what it is. I then gave her the name and told her my order. She stated I need to drive around and tell her once more over the speaker. I drove around and did just that. Once I got to the window she had her phone out recording me. Oh and she gave me the order That I recited the first time. Very unprofessional and rude to be a manager.
Went to the location at 10: 30 at night and they we’re closed smh but they supposed to be open until 11 every night the manager was rude to me. After I asked why.
Was not impressed with the size of the burger for the price I paid. The food was fresh though!
Very bad tried to eat inside doors were locked went in drive thru lady was very rude didn’t get name because she didn’t give receipt she’s fat and has glasses
I hesitantly gave it a try after driving by it for the last 3 years. I should have known better. Nuff said
We went through the drive through and ordered lunch. Our bags had opened ketchup packages in them. When I spoke with the manager concerning the issue she said that it's just an open ketchup. WOW, with the corona-virus going on with still such power I could not believe what I heard her say. No apology just " I don't care ".
I will start by saying the ONLY good thing about my experience was the welcome greeting. The lobby was dirty, they were COMPLETELY out of napkins for food and restrooms, out of medium cups, burger meat was old and cookies didn't seem fresh (i did like the upsell the csr did for the cookies). I had trouble scanning the app for my points and the csr seemed uninterested in helping so I didn't get points for $26 purchase. I completely see why the lobby was empty at lunch time.
Wendy, your burger and fries are great. A little better management would be nice. I'm kind of old fashioned like your good food. I recently ordered from Channelview location and I heard more negative language and it really turned me off. It took 45 minutes to get my food and other things made me not want to go back. Good food, bad management. I hope it recovers.
