This people open late and close early, where is the management? Got here at 9: 30pm and is close already

My family and I pulled up at 10: 30pm right before close. I forgot to order fries with my order but I wanted to order them at the window. The lady said "oh we don't take orders at the window". But they have done it before. There was only one car in line and then I was asked to pull up to wait for my food. The young lady finally brought my food out with an attitude. I don't care that this location is in my neighborhood, I will not be returning. I went to McDonald's and got my fries in no time.
The person shown in the picture is supposedly a manager here, Stefanie I believe her name is was EXTREMELY RUDE. I came here to order a $5 biggie bag & was told it’s not available. The whole ordering process with her was very unwelcoming & she rushed me through the entire ordering process. (I had to change my whole order, she should have gave me some time) I ordered the same exact thing in the biggie bag & the total came out to $15 & was told the price can’t be adjusted. Very inconvenient & the whatever may the issue had been with that not being available isn’t my fault. After asking her the reasoning behind not adjusting the price, she told me i can’t get any food, she closed the window on me, walked away & went to somewhere i can’t see her. EVERY SINGLE CAR that pulled up after me got sent away! BAD BUSINESS! She lost so many customers on this Sunday night & she doesn’t even care. (I never pulled off after she refused to give me my food, I sat and typed this review, I asked for the manger several times to pay & she refused!) As you can see my food was prepared & She still refused to give me the food…… I will be reaching out to the store manager first thing tomorrow morning.
The manager here is soooo FLAMBOYANTLY rude, it’s insane he still even has a job. I’ll go to the other Wendy’s from here on out
The food is pretty good for what it is. The chili is my favorite. I usually come here for a chicken sandwich because the pollo campero next door is almost always out of chicken or other items. Wendy's gets my money almost every time I try to order pollo campero lol. Good on Wendy's for actually having menu items available.
Front hispanic older lady working the register during the weekday lunch hour.please learn to speak english.dealing with the public that speaks predominately english you would think management would know that.
Pretty good fast food. Depending on which employee is your cashier depends on if there will be a language barrier. I speak English, and the adult woman cashier spoke only broken English. Fortunately, a male bilingual stepped in to finish taking my order.
Manager has locked all doors for dine in.when i asked for the store number she told me she wasn't giving it to me and slammed the door in my face.why are they the only store with a closed lobby
Went through the drive thru and me and my sister were trying to see exactly what we wanted. In about a 2 minute timeframe, the young lady working the mic asked 3 times "are you ready to order" after we told her multiple times "one moment". (Issue #1) When I started ordering, she had an attitude. (Issue#2) we get to the window and a young man fixes my sister's drink and takes payment. My sister takes a SIP and immediately let's him know it's flat and she would like to change it. He responds by telling her "changes can't be made at the window" & refuses to fix the flat soda (issue#3) I get home and my apple pecan salad has no extra bleu cheese *which I paid for* & the pecans weren't included (issue#4)
Overall just a horrible experience.
Great clean place to catch lunch. Bathrooms are clean and smell good, the whole restaurant is up to date and clean. Great place for any meal
It was 8pm and they were locked the doors even though the website says is open until 12. I don't have a car so I have to walk there. Total waste of time.
They claim they close at 12am, and supposedly it was confirmed by the restaurant a week ago. But if you go 40 mins before closing they’re going to say they’re close already and even when they have the lights on and everything they won’t serve you. Really bad service. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
I gave them 3 stars. I went into order food and noticed only one person wearing a mask. More precautions should be taking during this time handling peoples food. The staff is nice and friendly.
Asked if was ketchup in my bag the lady pointed at the bag so I pulled off. Of course no ketchup. And the wrong sandwich ️ That’s why minimum wage is a thing and should be kept MINIMUM
Sandwiches wasn't that great what is a breakfast sandwich they advertise croissants with this particular restaurant had no croissants
Just visited this Wendy's. My son ordered a meal and asked for it to be large. When we arrived at the window to pay, we were given a small drink. They stated that we did not order a large. But, my.husband and I both heard him say Large.
The employee seemed irritated and charged us for a large drink instead of charging us the difference. When we realized what she did, she called the manager and the manager appeared irritated as well and refunded our money with no apology. She didn't even say a word she just handed us the only and walked off
