Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
19Wanted 2 full size cheese burgers with no sauce but wanted all the vegetables instead we got 2 small burgers with catchup, pickles and onions only. They were disgusting! Never again will we go there!
I go here when the lines at other fast food joints are too long and I'm short on time with hungry kids. Cost is fine. Food is fine. It's the lack of expediency that makes it hard to give this place anything more than 3 stars, and the lackluster attitude of the employees. So it's a very average experience.
I waited 15 minutes on a curb side order which apparently pesonel didn’t realize it was curb side! Why have that option if their not gonna use it!
Kind of slow for a drive thru but the order was accurate. I would rather they take the time to make sure the order is right. Unlike other fast food places who rush you out with a messed up order. Thank you Wendy's employees.
Order was correct but drive thru was slow. Took over 20 minutes after placing the order to getting it. This is not the norm for this location. Usually quick and friendly service.
It was a Sunday. That means the near by Chick-fil-A was closed. I feel like the management doesn't prepare for the business it receives because of if this and takes advantage of the opportunity to shine. The drive thru is long and the dining room hardly had a clean table. The fries were hot, and my order was correct.
Not always a consistent experience and of course every location is managed differently. Went to this Wendy's at about 7pm, Monday and the meal in general was not cooked to order. Fries were the real disappointment as they had been sitting there for a while. You know, like when they make allot of them so that they don't have to wait to serve them up. Stale fries! Also, the meat patty on my bacon burgwr was also subpar as it was not hot and also seemed as if it was sitting there for a while. Sure that explains why maybe there was no noise of anything cooking or frying. All about the management!
First this wendys always has the phone off, can never call to complain about order. Second the people who work here are always in a bad mood.
First time on this Wendy's and it's great like all the rest of them great location and employees delicious food
Why are you closed before midnight but the hours say you are supposed to be open until 2am. This is a common occurrence at this location.
Pretty okay for my last visit. They are usually good. Sometimes they may be a hit or miss with your sandwich. Their drinks are good as well. My order was the drive thru, they are usually busy but go pretty fast.
Always close 30 mins before and NEVER have to go orders ready. They just start when you arrive.
There’s nothing fast about this fast food, and nothing food about this fast food…
I tryed it because 60 percent of the time it works all the time
This location ignores all customers that are ordering inside. As I was there 2 other customers walked out do to workers not attending those inside. I also left since I didn’t receive any assistance.
I love this location! You can tell they care more than other locations in the Northeast. Awesome attitudes y'all
My experience here today was excellent. The man working drive through headset and first window was cheerful and efficient. The whole experience was fast enough that I'll be back to see if it's also fast during the busier hours I'm usually looking for breakfast.
They didn't have Splenda for my coffee. I don't know if Wendy's doesn't carry it or if they were out, but the guy actually ASKED what I'd like instead. Most places just give you a different artificial sweetener. Since I'm allergic to all of them but sugar and Splenda, it's nice to be asked, rather than finding out when I'm 10 miles down the road.
This was my first time getting Wendy's breakfast, so it was my first impression, and it was good.
If management reads this, the guy (I didn't catch his name) working first window around 9: 15 am on January 7th made that impression well. Deserves at least a pat on the back for doing his job well.
The last 4 times I have been at your store I have received the wrong order every time having to return to get the correct. Then the supposedly manager doesn't even apologize for their mistakes. They just tell you here you go, here is your order. The only reason I keep going back is because my granddaughter likes the burgers.
Says they are open until 1 a.m. I went at 10: 02 p.m. Just to get an automated voice say they’re closed. There’s also a paper that says they are open until 11: 30 p.m. On their speaker box so their hours of operation are all over the place.
They can NEVER get your order right at night. Last week my mom paid for cheese in her chili, no dice. Today I order us food and don't get the medium fries. Try calling and the phone number "can't take my call right now. " Not to mention the COUNTLESS times I've gone and magically they only take cash, but don't have change. Absolutely ridiculous
