Made a mobile order about 2 weeks ago that I couldn’t get because the dining room was closed (why idk) I couldn’t get my order through the drive-thru, because I had to go to work. So i asked for a refund. I’ve called this Wendy’s multiple times so they could refund me the money they owe me, and the managers are too incompetent to understand why this is a major issue! Every time I call I get a different manager telling me something different! The main GM lied to me about already being reimbursed probably so I’d stop calling, but I haven’t been refunded yet. I will be contacting cooperate soon if this doesn’t get resolved. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Your job is to fix customers issues not make them play phone tag. Absolutely unacceptable.

Not sure if this is a new thing or not, but, the drive through was backed up, so I went in to place an order and a lady was walking around with her headset and after a few minutes, she came over and asked if I placed a mobile order, I told her no, I need to place an order, she proceeded to tell me I had to go place my order on the kiosk. I couldn't figure out how to find what I was looking for, after several minutes of waiting and finally calling out to the headset lady again, she frustratingly came over to show me all I had to do was scroll up to find the rest of the menu items.

SO IMPERSONAL, UNFRIENDLY. WHERE DID THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GO!? ! We'll take our business to chic fil a.

UGGGH! Looks like I will need to add Wendy's to my "Do Not Frequent" List. What the hell has happened to Fast Food in America? ! McDonald's used to be the Gold Standard for hot, fresh food. Now, you're lucky if you get any food from them that's room temperature. Same goes for Burger King. They don't care about quality anymore. Only getting your money and getting you out the door with the most lackluster meal they can muster.
I stopped by this Wend'y's today, and ordered spicy nuggets (freshly cooked), Fries, no salt, (so.also freshly cooked), and a large root beer. Why did I order nuggets freshly cooked you ask? Because I'm tired of getting nuggets that are hard as a rock because they've been sitting back cooking under a lamp and are barely palatable unless you soak them in a bucket of water to moisten them up.

It's happened so often, that I need to ask for food to be cooked so that I get HOT food for my hard earned money. Well.they took my order, repeated it back to me, then handed me my food. Of course, when I pulled over to eat what do I find in the bag? ROCK HARD nuggets and salted fries. As Joe Pesci's character Leo Getz said in Lethal Weapon 2. "They F&*K you in the Drive-Thru! ". I spent $17+ to get exactly what I DID NOT want and I did not have time to drive back to get a refund. If this is the type of "quality" food Wendy's is cranking out, then they're officially no better than McDonald's, or Burger King meowadays. There's a reason why franchises like Chick-fil-A, and In-and-Out Burger are beating them in the market. At least they care about the QUALITY of food they hand out to their clientele. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad mea, or a meal that wasn't EXACTLY how I ordered it! They may be more expensive, but at least you get HOT food the way you ordered it for your money. I hope Dave Thomas can't see what his franchise has become. Another one of the original franchises has officially bit the dust in my book.

I visit this location often, as I live close. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times, and tonight was just bad service. I came and ordered my usual meal plus a BACON double stack, PLAIN.

My burger was not plain, so I went back, and they essentially called me a liar then blamed the speaker for not getting my order right. Then, after reluctantly making my burger, I got home to see that it didn’t have bacon. Too bad they were closed by this point, otherwise I would’ve went back a 3rd time.please put in effort to make your customer’s happy, they provide the money that fulfills those paychecks

Horrible customer service asked for the manager twice. She looked at me and kept working. My order was not being place with inside kiosks so I wanted to see why and she told me I’m sorry we’re busy. I don’t see your order and kept moving.

We only came here for the beconator fries, but the had no fries. I can kind of understand the chronic issues with frosty machines not working, but no fries is crazy?

Store manager refused to cancel my mobile order: After I told her I’ll request cancellation through the app she immediately processed the order which locked my ability to cancel it from app.

I refused to pick up the order, she didn’t provide me with customer service number, instead she said she has the right to refuse providing service to me and closed the drive through window while I was still asking her on how to get my refund.

I found customer service number in the app. Unfortunately I’ve been trying to call them over 4 hours (3 times with over 1 hour waiting average each time) no one picking up!

Worst experience ever. Spent 65$ feeding my family of 7. Spent all this money at the self serve terminal to not receive a receipt. Took several minutes to get my drinks at the pickup window as none were available like the order screen said there would be. 3 people looked at me waiting and none acknowledged that I was there. Then having to argue that I am missing food that I paid for. Everyone that was working looked as though they hated their job. I got 3 foul attitudes from 3 different people I dealt with. All 3 workers rolled they’re eyes at me for having questions or arguing that I’m missing food that I paid for. Maybe it was the crew I got, maybe it’s this location. Maybe it’s Wendy’s in general. I’m not sure. Had I known I was going to be treated so poorly I would have certainly eaten somewhere else. It seems as though the crew working did not want to do the job there are being PAID to do. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Will not eat at this Wendy’s again.

Place must be new the dining was close but the drive threw was open the lady was nice and friendly.would like to know when the dining area will be open would be nice to check it out.

I usually don't post bad reviews for fast food because I honestly don't expect much. I just expect to be treated with the same respect that I give. My order has always been wrong at this location. Service is always slow.

But tonight, the attitude I was given takes the cake. Came here to pick up food for my kids- I don't eat fast food anymore. The person taking my order had an attitude but I try to be understanding that they work long hours and are treated badly by rude customers so I always meet them with kindness. I was asked if I wanted to Donate to Dave's Foundation, I said yes. In return, you are supposed to get a coupon book for free frostys.

When I paid, I asked for a receipt. She said it would be in the bag (not understanding why I can't have my receipt after I pay so I can see what you charge me for). PLUS, as all the other reviews stated, this location gets orders wrong left and right. I didn't nit pick at it.

Once I got my food, I checked the bag to make sure it was all there. I did not get my coupons. I informed the woman at the drive through. She said it was on the side of the bag inside, I told her it wasn't after I turned the light on in my car and checked. She gave me another one and in the most condescending way said "Well, looks like you scored 2! ", as if I was LYING about getting the coupon book. Oh yeah, and BTW, got home and there was no coupon book in the bag.

First, I have no reason to steal a coupon book. Especially not for those pinky sized frostys. I literally just give them to my kids or forget about them. Secondly, I do not appreciate donating and then being met with that type of attitude. I could careless about the attitude really but basically accusing me of taking something that cost a dollar? Had she been nicer, I prob would of bought 10 of those books. I guess I have just about had it with this location since it's the one closer to my house but I will just drive to the next city over. I filed a complaint with corporate because if you the store, they won't answer.

One of the times before this, I ordered my food in drive through, was told to pull up, waited 30 mins for nuggest, pulled back around and they forgot about my order. Literally an issue everytime I come here so I know it's not me. My kids literally only get nuggets and fries. The time before this, I ordered my kids regular nuggets and she gave us spicy. My kids can't eat spicy food so my daughter threw it up and got sick. Called the store, they pretty much did not care.

I was so upset leaving this place tonight, I just gave the coupons to a homeless man. I didn't even want to take or use them because I was being accused of stealing them. How pathetic!

Beware of charges. They voided a transaction and refused to give me a voided receipt. Manager claimed there was no transaction yet there was one as I can log into my bank account and I showed the manager the transaction from Wendy’s at that precise time. She still refused to give me a voided transact receipt even after seeing the transaction went through. I now have to dispute via fraudulent charge with my bank. Ridiculous.

The strawberry frosty. Was nasty did not have a good taste. Why did Wendy's stop selling the Vanilla Frosty. You should get rid of the strawberry frosty and bring back the Vanilla Frosty.

No human beings available to take order. Kiosk use is required, and a significant challenge for myself, my son, and the 4 teens that were struggling with it at the same time. Manager was unhelpful. We walked out. New and clean place, but completely empty for good reason.
