Wendy's, Cotulla TX

The guy at the front desk with the dreads was very nice and helped me with anything I needed. Made my experience one of the best.

They don’t have consistent hours. It says they close at 12am but they closed at 11pm. Need to post accurate store hours!

Its okay for the fact that its nice on the inside but the food could be better to be honest

I ordered a #10 and told her I didn't want no onions at all on my burger. She said it doesn't come with onions and when I bit into it it had onion rings. What do you not consider onion rings onion or what! Uggh. Ended up throwing the burger away. And no I didn't call to complain. Cause the xoke and the fries were still good. Lol

Horrible service. Horrible food that is anything but fresh. Every time we go, our order has been wrong. Have stopped going here. Don't recommend you waste your money here.

Drive thu guy was very rude no thank u just a Drive thru! Then he gives me my bag of food I look in it to see if I got what I order and he says "that it that all u get"no thanks no nothing and to top it all the rudeness my food was cold like my drink I wouldn't go back if it was the last Wendy's on earth

Fries were old, one of the drink machines was down, out of paper towels in the men's bathroom, Baconator was dry.

Ordered a bunless Dave's single with no ketchup and extra mayo, and they did just that for me. The food also came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Food and service were decent and what we expected. The only problem was that we were forced to watch FOX NEWS, and were told that the owners only permitted that channel to be viewed. I would prefer to see no TV programming instead of the TRUMP CHANNEL, also known as FOX NEWS. I'll avoid this location and probably all Wendy's in the future.
