Very WORST Wendy's I've ever eaten at. No napkins or ketchup set out for customers, no paper towels or water at the toilet room sinks. I don't understand how the franchise management can let service like this be left unattended. "0" stars.

They do not open the lobby to eat as it states at 9am. I have also called 16times no answer.this place has issues and poor quality food. I’m currently in the drive thru line while calling still no answer.

Wow! I haven’t seen such incompetence in a long time. May 2,2023 1030pm. First, every car in the drive thru was asked to back up and pull forward again to “reset” the sensors. Second, my wife was in the car in front of me and not only did they type in the wrong order, they didn’t even give her the burger. She went inside and the guy wouldn’t help at all. I tried going in but couldn’t. Third, they forgot part of my order and the lady laughed at me and closed the door in my face.

Every time i come here there is a very strange lady with short dark hair who doesn’t seem to be in the right state of mind.had to repeat my order to her multiple times and she still couldn’t understand me, and of course when i got my order it was messed up.honestly just seems to me like she needs to find a new field of work

Incompetent cashier and workers, cashier doesnt even talk and doesnt how to do her job properly. Ta mara is a trash worker

Some staff is nice, most staff is rude. Prices are cheap. Had my order left out on the counter for over an hour before I arrived and they didn't give me half the stuff I paid for. Won't be going back, good luck to those few souls that do.

Food was cold but it was a decent burger for a change.

Never open at 6 or 15 after for that matter. Stopped twice in 2 weeks for breakfast and sat at the speaker. No one ever said anything. When I drove by the window. Two employees stood there looking stupid. Also, if you open at a time other than 6 a.m, change the time on the website. It says 6!

The service was horrible. They screwed up my order and refused to fix it. I used the app to order. I showed them exactly what I ordered and they still refused to fix it.

I literally just left there. This burger so dry, even the cheese is hard. Ain't noway in Hell this was made fresh. It had to been made an hr ago. TRASH. Update February 11th Tried It Again! (SILLY ME) Ordered A Cheese Potatoe. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT OFFER OR GIVE ME BUTTER SOUR CREAM ETC. THEY WAS ACTING LIKE THEY HAD NO POTATOES @ 9PM. THEN WHEN I GOT IT, NO UTENSILS NO SALT PEPPER, BUTTER SOUR CREAM NOTHING! 3 STRIKES YOU'RE OUT.

I went through the drive thru and the woman was so rude and the burger was nasty fries was cold. Want be going back.would give them a big 0-0-0-0-0-0

Came and ordered 2 meals plus some sausage gravy biscuits and only got 1 drink, 2 croissants and 1 potato. Then they gonna say she didn’t charge us for the stuff we are missing. They didn’t give us a receipt, the lady that took our order didn’t read it back to us, give us a receipt or anything and laughing with someone else. If someone orders 2 meals the meals come with potatoes and a drink how didn’t you charge me? This place is a joke. Been sitting here 10 minutes and still haven’t gotten my potatoes or orange juice or my debit card back.

Ok, it was blazing hit inside. Felt like a literal furnace. It also took them 20 minutes to prepare a SINGULAR sandwich, no fries or even a drink. Their service is pretty slow. It is not a great experience.

When you order a double burger with NO CHEESE an you get cheese! Really!? How hard is that? !
