18I have tried getting breakfast here three times in the past week after 6: 30 and the restaurant has been closed everytime. Someone is there but they aren't taking orders. If youre suppose to open at 6: 30 you either need to open at that time or ask the customer if the can hold on a minute not just leave them sitting at the drive thru waiting.
I just received the worst customer service experience from the "manager" of this restaurant just because I asked him what size drink comes with the meal. He closed the window on my face when I asked for his name. I know he just works for a fast food restaurant and that he is probably too young to be managing anything, but that doesn't excuse him. He is probably overworked, but he definitely needs a lot of training in customer service. After the incident I decided to go to Chick-Fil-A where customer service is always a priority.
I have to say the service was great! That's the only reason I'm giving them a one. There's hair in my burger between the bacon and the cheese I was there between 3: 45 and 4: 00 p.m. Today, I called the number that's on the website and I can't reach anybody there's just a voicemail so I've left them a voicemail actually a couple of voicemails. It's sad that you can't reach anybody at the store and even more sad when you get your food and there's hair in it and you find this out after you've taken a couple of bites and then the hair comes out! That's disgusting.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Paid 14 dollars for a large combo which is ridiculous in itself. Received half a thing of fries and chicken sandwich undercooked and tasted bad. Guy at window didnt seem too thrilled to be at work either. Never again.
Why are you making us all wait in the parking lot for drive -thru orders and taking over 15 mins to bring our food so your drive-thru time looks good. There is literally 5 cars waiting in the parking lot.
Worse Wendy's in Katy especially at night. Very rude staff I order drive thru waited 15 min on my sandwich the only car there. I love Wendy's but this one needs alot of improvements starting with service and manners come a long way.the manager is a clown he doesn't deserve that position very unprofessional it's a club inside that restaurant.
The guy who is the second shift manager at this location doesn't deserve his position. It is never a customers responsibility to babysit their order, ever. Accuracy is the restaurants job, not the customers.
My mom purchased my order and they failed to give her my order the first time with missing items. Again no receipt in the bad like a normal establishment would do. If I’m paying $11.90 and I bought a 4for4 why are the nuggets and fries missing? That is almost half of the meal missing. The guy then argued with my mom about what was placed in our bag. She also showed proof the items i texted her and the card the money was taken from. We did not get the entire order and I’m disgusted with the MAN at front argues with customers. If you hate your job that much just quit. I hate how they handle things at this establishment. No one should have to argue about food if the gave the receipt and the double checked the bagging before giving it to the customer the FIRST TIME to prevent stuff like this in the future. It has been a while since I have received such horrible service and might I mention twice in a row. I went the first time and they gave me the completely wrong order after making me pull up to the front and taking forever with my order. The young lady was clueless as to what I ordered and did not appear willing to help. It’s fine things happen and so do bad days so I just let it go. My father wanted to go back tonight so I did. They once again made me pull to the front and took forever with my order, the gentleman gave me the bag and walked away. Upon checking I was missing two order of fries. Had to go through the drive thru again. They confirmed they messed up. Upon arriving home, I discovered they did not give me the right burgers. Just a complete disaster. I will not be going back.
Poor attitude, poor management. The language barrier is always a problem at the drive-thru…which I can have some patience with, but when you say you’re too busy to make the burger that I paid for the way I asked for it…we got a big problem. Avoid this place. Go to the one closer to Katy Mills up the street.
Went to get frosty's they said that the chocolate one wasn't working and all they had was strawberry and then I went through got to strawberries went to go back through to get one more then they said that wasn't working Wendy's worst Wendy's I have ever been to
It's a fast food restaurant in a gas station. They don't care about quality. Dressing was just thrown on one side and messy to eat.
This is the pretzel pub burger.where's the pretzel bun at? Pay all that extra for this plain.where's my refund?
Asked for the promotional "Pretzel Bacon Pub" cheeseburger and a "Some of Baconator" to go. While essentially the order was.right.the bin was a regular bun and not a pretzel bun. Bacon was a little over done.
For being a slower Wendy's location, I really would expect every order to be perfect. I bet everyone's job is literally riding on it.
Horrible experience at the drive thru window… Hispanic lady totally rude… wanted me to pull up for no reason first… tried to hand me Ketchup packs that were nasty then when I told her about it… she frowned at me and gave me the disgusted look like I was the one there didn’t have clean ketchup packs… didn’t bother to say thank you and if she’s there…I want place my order cause I don’t know what she’ll do… I didn’t even eat the food I purchased
AVOID THIS PLACE. This location is a rip off. With the cost of each meal going up and Wendy’s already has the smallest sandwiches compared to other places, they need to give you all the food you order. We ordered two 10 piece nuggets and one had 9 the other had 7. The fry boxes were not filled at all. I tried calling and no one answered not even voicemail. $42 I could have eaten at a better place.
It’s actually pretty good and more filling than mcdonald’s.both the fries and chicken sandwich were really good
We ordered a #2 double and a Texas biggie bag. The #2 meal had only a half sleeve of fries. The burger in the biggie bag had a piece of plastic that I bit down on. I tried calling the store but they won't answer the phone. I was not given a receipt, but since I paid with a card, I can prove the transaction to corporate.
