I go there all the time. I order a lg chocolate frosty. But lately there frosty are not all that frozen. The one I got tonight was half melted.

Food was great but that SMELL MAN! By the looks of things no one is in charge. Rr pipe corroded, tile coming off the wall. I mean preventative maintenance saves money and did I mention the smell. Yikes

I don't know what's happening to Wendy's but in the last six or seven times I've gone there my orders been wrong and takes forever get my food that's not just one Wendy's in Amarillo Texas but several. Tonight it was ordered unsweet tea and before I drove away I told him it was sweet to eat and they gave me another one and it was sweet tea also I told them to add extra pickles and hold the lettuce and tomatoes on a chicken sandwich and there was no lettuce no tomatoes and no pickles I was kind of surprised there was a chicken on it.

Drive thru speaker was broken, food was old at 1220pm and order was made incorrectly. When I went inside the dining room to have it corrected and the manager never apologized, ripped the food out of my hand and then the cashier yelled at me from the drive-thru asking what my order was supposed to be. Overall I will never return to this location.

I shouldn't have to detail the wait time in drive because it's already been addressed, but I had to wait a while just to get my order started. My order placement had to be stopped so that the cashier could run food to waiting customers. No big deal, I can wait again. Placed my order a second time and waited another ten minutes to get my food. When I got home, found the cheeseburger (dry with no onions) was just a bun, meat, and cheese. Whatever, we dealt with it. My baconator though was a chicken sandwich with bacon and jalapenos. Nope. Threw it away. 32 dollars worth of food, only full on disappointment. At least my daughter was cool with the toy.

I ordered delivery and got a double bacon cheeseburger. My order got to my house and the burger was a single patty jr.burger. I'm extremely disappointed as I was excited to eat it, however now I know I probably won't be ordering from them again.

The fries are always stale. And make sure you ask for napkins and such cause you ain't gonna get it. Burgers are good though.

Food was great but it took fooooorrrrreeeeever.it liked like 99% of the employees were turning circles. I also had to keep asking for pieces of my order that was missing. The employees were friendly but. Letang like 30 minutes in the drive thru and I was only the 3rd car in line.

No heat and very rude to my boss which is 62 telling him it's not our problem and they were just cussing ar him and the manager on staff was being just being as rude as could be. Unacceptable behavior I won't be eating at this one ever again!

Used app to order. It wasn't started until I got to drive through box. Super slow service. Advised me they weren't changing app order delivery.

I used to go to this location all the time untill i got tired of them getting my order wrong and they take forever to get a order out the drive though window, save your self the hassle and go somewhere else!

I had an online order, so when I went to get my food I was told I have to go inside to get my food. When I did the door was locked. Then eventually given dirty looks by the staff, and was being watched by the owner. They were staring at me for 10+ minutes

Only Wendy’s in town that gets the orders right and that the food clearly hasn’t been sitting out all day. Gooood job guys, also the guy who took our order yesterday was amazinggg I wish more people took fast food jobs serious like they did

The Manager is Excellent. He took good care of us. There system was down at the time of our visit so the Manager asked if we could come inside to pick up our order. He was so Nice. Great Customer Service

Heads up! We just went through the drive thru and not a single employee answering the window or cooking was wearing gloves or a mask. One dude even coughing by the window, no mask or gloves. And then I had to go in because they messed up my order. If me or my family get sick because of their negligence and refusal to abide by food safety protocols then I will be getting ahold of whoever need be.

I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken
A breaded chicken breast, warm beer cheese sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, crispy fried onions, pickles, and a slice of muenster cheese all on an extra soft pretzel bun. What I got? It was a bacon cheeseburger on pretzel bread raw onion, mayo, ketchup, hamburger patty, pickles, slice of cheese. I asked for a number 11 she asked grilled regular or spicy, i verified order with the lady before I drove up. I tried calling, they didn’t answer so I am leaving this review. I will never go back.

I work in fast food, so I always really hate to say anything against other chains, but this particular restaurant was horrible. My family and I have been consumers of Wendy's for as long as I can remember, and being a teenager, I have friends who work in this chain! However, none of them work in this location, and thank God for it. We had to wait a little while to even get someone in the front to take our order. There were two other people in the dining area who already had their food, and there was no one in their drive. Granted, they were having a trouble with one of their machines, so a small wait was expected, but we were seen and very clearly ignored. This location was also DIRTY. I understand you don't always have the opportunity to go and clean, but they were standing around talking, and going into their lobby and talking to other people. They had plenty of opportunity. And look, I'm not a big fan of this COVID thing either, and I think it's a load of bull. But, there are people who are immune-system compromised and might be afraid of it, and at least half their employees were not wearing masks behind the counter. In the lobby, I understand, especially if you're on a break. But where there is food? It's a good way to lose customers. Also, your employees need a little more training. The guy who had taken our order didn't get two of them items correct, but we had said them very clearly. We didn't say anything, considering he was definitely new, but your employees NEED to be trained before they take on anything on their own. The food was okay, as was everything else. It was really just a matter of service. I don't think I'll ever come back here if I can help it.

At approximately 8: 15pm on October 19th, 2020 I received superb customer service from Ashton. Everyone else seemed to be doing the easy stuff while he was serving customers and being the most pleasant person in the restaurant. I understand why this location has bad reviews, but there's still some really decent employees who try to make it a good experience. Awesome job

The service would be amazing if they could put out an order the way it was ordered. Everytime I come here I order a chicken sandwich or burger with no mayo, and the kitchen seems to think that mayo goes on every sandwich even when asked not to put it on there. Gave this location it's fair share of chances but I won't be eating here again. And why does this place even think for a split second barbeque sauce and mayo should be in the same sandwich?

Very slow
rolled up to the menu at about 6: 50 pm.they took our order at about 7.saw 3 cars drive off because they didn’t want to wait.don’t blame them.got to the window at 7: 15.didn’t ask if i wanted a receipt and wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves.employee that gave us our food also had no gloves or mask.
