Wendy's, El Paso TX

One of the worst locations on the Far East side. I'm a very patient person and I understand mistakes happen, but they're so often at this location. Always double check your bags before you leave and don't be surprised if the staff gives you attitude. They missed some chicken nuggets today (not a big deal) so I asked for them inside. The guy who gave me the food was behind the counter, swearing up and down to someone else he put them in the bag. I triple checked and I had no nuggets. They gave me a small bag and I went on my way, but on my way out I hear a lady say "Don't worry, karma" so loudly that it might as well have been shouting. I was in a rush to work, so they're lucky I didn't stop in say something. Please, I don't need to steal $1.99 nuggets. I'd pay for more if I wanted more. Avoid this location at all costs unless its the only one closest to you.

I went twice today for curbside pick up, they messed up the order twice. No utensils or nothing to eat the chilli cheese, i guess they want us to drink it? Then we got the wrong burgers. It did not seem busy at all to mess up the orders. Sadly we were picking up because we were on a schedule.

I would give zero stars if I could. I called this exact location and asked if they had the strawberry frosty. The person I talked to on the phone said yes. I go through the drive thru 15 to 20 minutes after getting off the phone and the person working the drive thru told me they were out. I understand they run out of things and the frosty is only a limited time item but maybe get all your employees on the same page about what stuff you actually have in stock. I highly doubt they all sold out that fast but I could be wrong. So annoyed I wasted gas money driving to that location. Save your money and go to a fast food chain that is more put together.

Burgers are delicious. So far the employees are respectful and professional. But just remember like in all restaurant the prices have gone up

Disgusting. I have gone countless times and every single time they give me raw burgers!
The fries are super under salted and they go stingy on mayo, ketchup, etc. If you could please stay away from this restaurant. I would give O stars if I could

If I could give them no stars I would. Me and my son went in today to get lunch, it was discussing to see that someone was preparing a burger

Friendly staff but mobile ordering is bad. Would've gotten my order quicker just using the drive-thru. Also would not trust food from there anymore. I had walked in, waiting for my mobile order. Guy asks me to check if my burgers were OK. One was wrong so he took it back and placed it back with other burgers waiting to go out. Mind you after I had touched it and he also touched it.

First time at Wendy's after 20 years. I ordered a salad and it was good, no dressing needed, the avocado was enough. Meat on burgers wasn't bad. I heard rave reviews about the chili, even though it was good, it was on the sweeter side. Customer service was good. Place was clean.

You have to own a automobile to be served here. Still using convid as an excuse to be lazy. Never coming back to this Wendy's or any other Wendy's. Zero stars.

Don't go, hot sodas, cold food, no im not lying, it was bad, seats are awkward and the service is terrible, asked for no pickles and they still gave me pickles, when I told them, they just removed the pickles and handed it back to me, same burger! As if I couldn't have just removed the pickles myself! What if I was allergic? Unacceptable

Worse customer service from Isabelle and Abby who claim to be the managers at that location. Did not wanted to give me a refund for 10 pieces of chicken nuggets that they were charging me $11 plus what the hell! They both started screaming at me telling they will be short on their register. I asked for a receipt they would not give me one. These two have no management skills or work ethic. Do not go to this location.

Bad service the so called manager was being so rude where she didn’t have no good costumer service. The way she was talking to me when I was ordering was the way she didn’t like me. Not in my life I met this lady! And I ask for military discount when my husband was next to me with his uniform and still ask for my id to make sure I was military. I show her my ID and she didn’t even look at it. Very unprofessional! Acting like she never did nothing! Idk who is the manager because it has two names on it! Wendy’s needs to hire and have good customer service! This people are rude like they hate to work here!

No addresses you when you walk in, four people passed me the whole Time I was standing there to order and never acknowledged me.

Was traveling and really wanted a nice salad.the Avocado something was really good and surprisingly fresh. 4 stars because it was small for the price.

Horrible, Drink Spilled All over Ordering Area no one bother cleaning it up Also Upon Ordering I requested the new so Called hot and Crispy Fries Ya'll Anounce on TV. Well I was told Ya'll didn't have any So why announce them so much on TV that they are better than McDonald's Well I have Yet To Know I Went Next Door to McDonald's they had everything We Ordered.
