Dined in with my family of 4 on 07/17/23 & as soon as we walked in there was an employee taking lunch break had shoes off & a.c wasnt cooling the building enough. Fries were cold slighlty stail, Floors where dirty small peices of trash evrywhere horrible experience for a quality pricey burger joint. Dissapointed should of took my family else where or other location atleast smh.

Maybe because it was after 9pm but seemed a bit dirty. Soft drink machine only had diet and root beer available as everything else was out. Need to be better managed and morivated in the late hours to provide a better experience

The staff makes you feel like you're bothering them. No greeting, no 'thanks', no manners or even bare-minimum customer service skills. They forgot an item I ordered and paid for and when I asked for it, they acted like I ruined THEIR day. Terrible experience every time.

I can tell they are annoyed of door dashers. I am also a customer from this place, but when as a dasher I am learning how to approach drive thrus. So this employee from this merchant had a terrible attitude towards when I inquired about how to approach them better in the drive through. "your order sir", he replied, so I gave it to him, and he proceeds to shut the window as I guess some sort of comfort shield he believed he had. This is a general concern, not only about this restaurant, but other places where they treat door dasher poorly, or at least me apparently, I guess others too.

At night you order and they do not give you what you ask for, you have to tell them to change it, they are not attentive to the orders

Customer service is great in the morning! I always stop here for frostychino! Love everyone… but the evening crew. The lady Ashley that took my order was so rude. Horrible customer service from her and I think she was the manager. Super disappointed.do better.

I went to get a meal with bacanator fries and the cashier said it would take 10-15 min to make the bacanator fries. I said it was fine and he still proceeds to ask “you’re gonna wait? ”. I said yes again. I wait and get my order and my bacanator fries were STILL not in the bag. Idk if they didn’t want to make them but my brother got down and they made them in less than 2 minutes in front of him.

Wendy's on North Loop and Zaragoza I'm not sure if y'all are high or what, You've messed up our orders more than twice. You make mistakes on orders all the time. Y'all should be ASHAMED. GET IT RIGHT. IT'S JUST FAST FOOD SERVICE, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

Took forever to order inside. According to cashier can't take more than one order at a time. Have to wait for thr previous order to be handed out. 3 people in line took nearly 20 min to place order. And just as long to get food. Once food received hamburger had no salt at all. Soda machine in lobby had no carbonation. When asked If they could fill soda from machine in kitchen because lobby one had no carbonation their answer was no we cand do anything about that. Absolutely the worst wendys I've ever been to. Should have gone to wataburger

There is no carbonation in the soda. The carbonation tanks need to be filled on both stations. Tasted like day old soda. I went back to get a new soda and he gave me the same tasting soda. On a positive note the chili beans that I ordered were good. Gracias.

Everytime i order the frostichino, for the past month or 2 they keep forgetting to add the chocolate flavor. Then i have to either go back to drive thru or get down into the restaurant and complain. Then they give me attitude because of their mistakes? If you had the drink without the chocolate flavor it literally tastes like watered down black coffee hard is it to just make it right the first time? So annoying, have decided to stop coming here just because of this because thats how annoying it is.

I went to the Wendy’s at 825. N Zaragoza and the manager her name was Debbie, I walked in and she just looked at me and kept walking while she was by register so I just waited for someone to take my order, I know the rest of crew was busy so I waited patiently while Debbie looked like she was just poking her a$$ pretending to be busy, anyways Alma came back from taking a drive through order she was multi tasking. Thank you Alma for still keeping your head up and smiling and for being such a good worker! Debbie shame on you taking advantage of your co workers and even worse for customers ti notice, if they made you manager is because you were trusted in hiring you as a captain when your co workers are sinking! This is the 1st review I ever rated, I’m not the type to get people in trouble but this girl looked like she didn’t want to be there and she definitely showed it. Please give this girl more customer service training!
