Wendy's, Austin TX

The drive through order taker couldn't understand me, asking me to repeat myself over and over. They also forgot two 10 piece nuggets (20 total). To top it all off, the burger quality was not the level I'm used to Wendy's being at. Way too much mayo, and soggy lettuce and tomato.

I usually go through the Drive Thru which is pretty quick - but the highlight of this location is that the staff here are ALWAYS super nice:)

This place is so rude. The lady rushed me through my order and then rushed me thru the drive through had to go back bc I asked for no mayo 3 times and then they remade it and forgot the bacon. I paid $15 for the worst experience.

Mad! I got an Uber eats order for my family and I and we didn’t get half our food, the Uber driver won’t accept your phone call, and when you call this Wendy’s they don’t even pick up the phone! How are you going to spend $75 at an establishment and not get half your food? !? Out of everything the only thing you get is fries and a drink. The saddest thing is this not my first time having issues with this Wendy’s but it will be my last. Never ordering from here again. Staff didn’t even check to make sure all the items were in the bag before they sealed it smh

Food came out quick and tasty. Only thing I didn't like is the soda fountain for customers to use was not working - we had to ask the staff to fill drinks.

Ordered online in advance and still had to pull forward and wait for my food. When I did get it, they didn't have the drink I ordered.

Food is okay, but service is terrible. They usually forget to include my dipping sauce and they don't seem to serve coffee because every time I ask for it, they tell me they don't have coffee.

Food was okay, but there weren't very many tables to sit at, and the service was lousy. I went up and asked the guy for ketchup, he gives me this look like I'd horribly inconvenienced him, he put the container of ketchup packets on the counter and walks off. They also didn't ask of we were dining in, so all our food came bagged up.

Horrible service… Wrong order… When tried to correct it took three times to get them to understand what I actually ordered.

Guys in the night crew always make my food fresh. I’m the one that gets the chicken sandwich with both bbq and honey mustard sauce.

I ordered on the app and it messed up my order, but the girl with the lip piercing fixed my order and she was super sweet. Thx!

One of the few fast food locations i can always count on to give great customer service.the drive-thru staff is always so friendly, cheerful and makes sure to get my order right

Very disappointing. Showed up more than an hour before closing time. They handed me a wadded up paper sack, not good. I reached in for a fry, I'm not sure if I could call them warm, I went for a nugget.this was in the parking lot, cold. I said cold. I took a bite of one thinking I could manage it. I couldn't. Went back around and told them nuggets, fries were cold. The double stack was cold to touch also but was afraid they'd spit in it. They dropped fries and nuggets in fryer and sent me on my way. Over fried, dry, hard and tasteless. NEVER going there again.

There was a hair in my hamburger!? My other order was incomplete and to top it off they forgot to give me straws! I noticed when I got home that's a 25 minute drive from wendys!

Not sure if it’s just Austin, TX or Wendy’s Corporation but find it hard to believe they can’t figure out the value of customer service. Just wait and see what happens when more and more food places open up. Customer service will always win out.

The service was excellent, provided by smiling friendly staff. The facilities have always been clean thus providing a pleasant atmosphere to eat my dinner.

Francesca was absolutely terrible. Major attitude with us and when we asked her to read back the order, she told us she already had. At the window, we were missing two waters and she pulled out the receipt and told us she had already read us the order twice with a very rude attitude. After we drove away we found out they also forgot a fry and gave us the wrong things. Wendy’s really needs to step up their customer service so their workers at least provide basic respect.

The service was awful. The girl at the window was beyond rude and it was $24 for 2 different meals. Like pulling teeth asking for a receipt with a lot of eye rolling. No straws napkins or ketchup in in the bag and the lobby is closed so you have go back through the line for these

Drive through worker had to get a manager because he didn't understand what a "double hamburger, dry" was. Other than that it was just like any other Wendys.

Just out of line, 1st kid at window had my drink and food ruff like let it go, check my bag no sauce. Kid shut window on me mid talking might not of heard cool I had to bang in window to get attention, take off fries cold kept it moving, nuggets half and half cold warm type pull in at the job whole burger just old not even close to how I ask for it. Call the store no answer. Typical movements. Store out of line
