Wendy's, Plano TX

Another Wendy’s in Ennis messed up my order & was nasty, so I decided to wait until I got back to Plano and have the Wendy’s by my house correct my order… We spent almost $30 for my family to eat, I had to wait 2 hours only for them to be unwilling to replace the burger I brought them with the correct one. Not to mention the door said they were supposed to be open until 8 & they were locked up by 5: 30 and only doing drive through. I’m so put off by Wendy’s right now.

Miss the commercial but love the place still. Don't forget about the chili this winter. Great for a stress free snack

We stopped by Wendy’s today and Wanda was super nice and gentle with us. She was patient and helpful with our order and questions.

The place itself was a bit dirty but all in all it’s a good Wendy’s.

This particular Wendy's is good, fresh in Plano on Spring Creek/Alma. The food is fresh for breakfast and eggs on the sandwich fresh. The drive-thru service is excellent. November 19,22, approximately 930am. This is the best Wendy's and the Wendy's on Preston Rd, Plano near Ohio, Plano off SH 121 exit. Wendy's Coit Rd/Legacy service is not good service, mon-Fri, not welcoming, egg on sandwich not fresh; two females work there is good. Wendy's on Custer/Parker Rd Plano TX, horrible service, attitude, rude, not good, egg on sandwiches not fresh. Wendy's Spring Creek/Alma in Plano is an excellent service.the man who worked the drive thru Saturday morning 11/19/22, excellent and above exceptional.

No one there and gave me wrong order. Ordered a double. And got a double bacon something or other. Didn't bother to return it. Evident it was more important to get it out fast and not correct

Why exactly is my cheeseburger leaking water? Frys burnt, horrible communication, I'm looking forward to the food poisoning kicking in here in a few hours.

Love stopping here on the way home from work for a $5 Biggie Bag. Tonight I grabbed a Biggie Bag and an extra 6 piece nugget. I got home home with an extra 4 piece nugget instead. No Biggie! Haha

Listen! I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years! I came here just looking for something to throw on my tummy. THE FOOD WAS FRESH AS HECK! Wow! I ordered a Dave’s single, fry, and soda. Even the soda was CRISPY! I highly recommend. Elsa was pretty amazing and friendly as well!

Went here for a baconator one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. The sausage wasn't fattening or greasy and had great flavor. I'm not much of a sausage person but this was good

Very nice, newly remodeled, and clean. The cash register doesn't like when you pay with cash, though. Nice employees, too.

They got our order perfect. Food was delicious. Loving the Baconator fries. Spicy chicken sandwich was deliciously spicy.

Placed an order from here through the drive through and everything was good until I got home and opened my bag and pulled out my ketchup packets and found an open used packet. I’m just really hoping that no one actually put their mouth on this.

Now a days most Wendy's locations are not customer service friendly and not so tasty burgers but wait.this location has the best of both! Nice hot tasty burgers and a smiling face, even during this possible ending of a pandemic. Bring the family they'll enjoy it.

Update rating: 5 stars for cleanest inside, friendliest staff, and freshest food! Best experience I've had at any Wendy's. Bravo!

Too warm temperature wise. Chilli great. Drink machine out of order. Given free frosty to compensate. Front blind needs new cord.
