Wendy's, New Braunfels TX

Wow super sad the type of employees that work at this location. We pulled up in the drive through at 8 pm no cars behind or in front of us, my mom and I were looking at the menu and changed our minds before even ordering, as we were pulling away the guy taking orders in the window flipped us off. We will not be back. I hope the next people have better luck.

They just refurbished the inside and were reasphalting the parking lot. Went inside to eat and it took 10 min for someone to realize we were there. Food was OK but the staff needs some help.

Check your order b4 you leave. They need Americans instead of 3th country people
After repeating my order twice, they still F U my order.

Really need to fix the employees at this location. I don’t know if corporate, or the owner is not paying enough but the lobby is always closed, always short staffed, and what staff is there is rude. If you want Wendy’s, take the time and drive 5 min down the road. One word for this location. Pathetic

Fries were good but the asiago club was dry and hard to eat. Also. $12 for the combo now. Wow guys.

It would be nice if they didn't always close 15-20 mins early at night. Other than that pretty good food.

Drive thru completed our order in less than 3 minutes and our meals were fresh and had fresh natural lemonade. Employees were very friendly.

Went to the location and attempted to go inside to eat after placing a mobile order.
The lobby was closed with no signs on the door.
There was an extremely long line for the drive-through. From the time we got there to the time, we received our food was thirty minutes. We didn't receive all of our sauces or napkins.

Pulled up to the drive through at 11: 30PM, they said they're "only accepting mobile orders" due to short staffing. That's okay, we just pulled through, made our mobile order, and came back around, adding extra work and time on both of our ends.
Could have just taken my order at the window and saved us both half the time.

I ordered a $5 bag & couldn't eat it all, that is a lot of food for $5, everything was fresh tasting, got my order fast & the young lady working the drive thru was very polite. Great service & great food!

Confused employees, couldn't get orders out timely, and gave away food to wrong person. Had to wait for them to remake order and it's a shame that they couldn't communicate better with each other not to mention myself

Big bag of NOPE! The cooks need to wear hair nets, hats, and/or put their hair up! I prefer flossing my teeth AFTER I eat. Hard pass on visiting the Wendy’s on 46.

“Burgers” were god awful, even though I only got half of my order. Stay away. Worst fast food in new braunfels
Also, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Will never go to another Wendy’s again. Pure trash

Well we hadn’t done Wendy’s take out or eat in in a very long time, but we needed something quick so family opted for Wendy’s. I placed the order in the drive thru and the gentleman that brought me my order could have seemed a bit more like he liked or enjoyed his job. I hope they teach their employees customer service skills. He seemed to need encouraging. Thank You!

Drive thru was like 30 mins and only four cars ahead. Then one of the employees was tripping on we heard when we were at the window. She was mad cause she worked in the morning and she had to come back late nite and help too

Paid almost $10 for a salad here that tasted like garbage.it had like 7 pieces of cubes fake chicken and barely any iceberg lettuce.what a waste of money… go to chick-fil-a! The quality of Wendy’s food has gone down a lot, it’s depressing.

Service was great and drive thru was fast but fries are hard and crunchy. Nasty. Don't ever do that again. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the food here. Never ever gonna come to this one again. If i would have known this, i would have not order Wendy's.

So we ordered, swiped card, they gave us drinks we sat down and waited for meal. 10 minutes later meal is ready and they stop my guy to tell him his card didnt go through.hows is it that u didnt say anything when the card was declined when he tryed to pay. U wait till there is a full line of people and set up my employee to be embarrassed infront of a crowd. I had to step in a pay cause they didnt catch it at the begining. Just not professional. And to make things worse. No damb ketchup.dry fries, and a bad experience. Wont be back. Go somewhere else.

The service here was far above what I've come to expect from fast food, especially in these days of everywhere being understaffed. They were patient with kids who couldn't make up their mind ordering, shuffled our oder into combos to save us money, remade a burger when my daughter decided she wanted lettuce and tomato, gave us a head up before mopping so no one would slip.
The food was excellent and restaurant in great order, but it was the knowledgeable, friendly employees who thought ahead of the needs of the customers that was so unexpected and pleasing.
