20Order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, it had no egg or cheese. Would not recommend. Can not execute basic menu items.
Never open during their posted hours, here 3 hours before close and its blacked out. Happens all the time come on man just change your hours
Was charged for two orders and ended up paying 15$ instead of the 8$ I was supposed to. Incompetent manager wouldn’t even offer me a refund and acted like I was in the wrong.
They're over priced and the quality of meat is horrible! They don't even have a dollar menu anymore! Slow service and I asked for a sm frosty and received a Jr frosty!
Lobby closed when we arrived at 4: 30PM. Drive thru was not moving and only witnessed two employees. Need to staff up.
I dont understand all the attitude I get when I try to have my meal fixed. Several times in the last few weeks I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and the service is below acceptable. I have a very simple order that is never completed correctly the first time and when I go back through to ask for the missing or correct items I’m met with attitude from what looks like a manger HERSELF. Embarrassing.
Food quality tends to be very poor. Things are either very over cooked, undercooked and cold, or the portion size is smaller than other locations.
Didn't have potatoes but had fries.and the drinks tasted awful as well. Guess it's going down hill.: (
I don't know what their problem was that day, but they seemed to be EXTRA RUSHING people through DRIVE-THRU like they thought we was going to PASS the FLU through the WINDOW! I had ordered: 6 piece chicken nuggets, a small chili w/cheese (which they failed to add in my cup), a strawberry sweet tea (but they gave me bland, sugar water that had coloring in it instead), a 5 for $5 but upside for $2.00 more > a medium fry & medium chocolate frosty.was given a burnt burger, dry 4 piece nuggets, medium fries in a small box instead, & watery FROSTY! Your cook, cashier, & manager need yo really PAY ATTENTION, QUIT OVERCHARGING FOR LESS THAN ORDERS, & GIVE US CORRECT AMOUNTS & WHAT WR ASK FOR W/O RUSHING US OFF!
Used to love this location. Easy to stop off on my way home. Last two times ive gone during the hours listed online, their app and their store they've been closed at least an hour early. When i asked what happened I got a shrug and an i dont know. If thats the new hours then post it. Theres zero indication of a change in hours.
This place sucks. It's never open and when I asked for clarification on their hours they had no answer. It is a waste of time.
I used the drive through. Service was fast and efficient. The chicken nuggets were good and hot!
Picked up a Double Dave and fries yesterday. The Burger was soggy with too much mayo and the fries were not crispy and were cool. Very mediocre experience.
Chicken sandwich just now made me sick. Won't chance it again. Never coming back.

Food is good but the location is not great, there are people that stand by the cars in the drive thru to beg for money. They also close earlier than what is listed on their app. I made a mobile order, went to pick it up and the store was closed
Ordered online and guy at window said they are closed.at 7: 52pm, when online it says 11pm. This Wendy's always and I mean always closed at random times that don't even make sense and the workers have the worst customer service. No refund or anything since I placed online, now I have to send an email. Lovely.
This place is a joke, no one answers at the drive through. Are you a business or what? Some kid high out of his mind was working there by himself and refusing to take orders.
Tasty food prepared quickly. A few minor hiccups on the order which were flagged during handoff and quickly resolved by the staff.
Horrible customer service can't even follow directions. Please hire people that understand english or at least Spanish. I mean if you can't do a simple task find some where else to work that isn't customer service.
