Wendy's, Midland TX

This was our first time at this location since living here, and now we will continue to go to this location also. We ordered a lot of meals for our big family and everything was correct. The guy that was at the cash register did awesome and he also got the food gathered. He didn't miss a thing and he knew what he was doing. He had glasses with brown hair. That man deserves a raise

I went though the driver through ordered ahead. My food was ready and was in and out in a few minutes.

Everytime I order a burger with no cheese they still give me with cheese. They need to make sure they are reading the ticket correctly

4 for $4 you can't beat that! You can sub your side for another side like change fries for chili

The girls that were around 11am on Saturday we're amazing, I was ordering in drive thru & I have kids so y'all know the rest, it's always the middle one
Anyways, thank you for the patience and also y'all were fast!

Definitely a better experience this time going here. The cashier was friendly. We go our food quickly and it was really fresh

Every time I come here no matter what I order they always mess it up and I end up with something I didn't want Like I get once or twice but EVERY TIME? ! Something's wrong

The dining area usually has dirty tables. The drink station is the worst. Floor is super sticky from soda spills and seems like yesterdays spills as thick as it is. Pick up the rug and mop people! I'm there like 3 times a week, dine in and drive thru. Only problem is the the dining room and all the nasty flies. Customer service is amazing though!

Was going home the inside was closed the night manager was outside smoking with 4 guys they were not busy no customers so I decided to get something to eat since I was on foot my husband was in a wheelchair It was 10: 30pm I walked up to them and ask if we could order something threw drive threw I explain our car was broke at the moment and we were hungry she automatically said no you need a ride and I mention that my husband wheel chair was a ride she then replied if he can make the bell ring then yal can order then she busted out laughing I told my husband go make the bell ring I felt bad and felt sorry for him I told him never mind let's just go and she just busted out laughing a car behind us asked if we were in line I told her know go ahead the manager told him he had to make the bell ring then the other car said tell him to get in line I'll make the bell ring I thanked them and said know it's ok I have never been so upset that there is ride people on this world.i know I won't ever go back to Wendy's. I just wish I would have caught the manager name but I will and turn her in.

Was at the drive thru tonight approximately 10: 30, they were taking way to much time. Only 2 vehicles ahead of mine. A customer ahead of me was waiting to place his order and there was a long delay before the order taker got his order. The customer pull up then I did also. There was a long delay before my order was taken. A guy finally comes over the intercom and ask me have my order been taken. I said no, he got my order and I pulled up and paid. I advance to the pick up window and I see employees appear to be arguing. I sat there about 7minutes waiting on my order. I knocked on the window and Kaitlynn (Caitlyn) came to the window and I asked for a refund because they were taking way too long. She slammed the window closed and walked off. She need to be fired for being so rude and unprofessional. Horrible service at night.

The service was efficient but had trouble with getting order right. Fries were good but Burger was a little bit to dry for my liking. But it was a pleasant dining experience and dining room was clean.

DO NOT EAT HERE I ordered from the drive thru, pull up to pay and receive my food. I pull around to the front to check my order and the fries are all salty and old. The manager Ken was at the front door smoking as I was checking my order so boom soon as I am about to get out he runs in the building (literally runs smh) It was about 3 cars in the drive thru, so I walk to the first window and ask the young lady for fresh fries (guaranteed fresh) because the dining area was locked. She tells Ken and he is rolling eyes putting his hands up etc I am at the front door looking he comes around.so I yell thru the glass is it a problem did I do something, he says I'm on the phone calling the police I'm like what? Moral of the story don't eat here or you might go to jail. Worst customer service from a manager I ever seen.

I keep forgetting to catch the man's name at the window, but he has longer hair, usually wears it in a pony tail, facial hair, everytime he is at the window, he is always so thorough! We are never missing items and he is always so nice! When he's not there, we usually get someone rude who doesn't have good customer service, and I come home to things missing from my order.

I placed an order in the drive through. I paid at the first window. And picked up the order at the 3nd window. It was good and also fast.

Service is poor at night. They purposely ignore you so you will drive off. It has already happened to me 3 times and to my husband last night. The day crew is amazing though.

Usually very consistent, although last time I came, they did put mayo in my #6. Service is very good despite this and move you in and out quickly. Food generally very fresh

Unfortunately when we went today they were currently out of drinks team member asked if that was okay as we were getting combos we said as long as they're not getting charged for the drink was informed drink prices automatically included why am I paying for something that I'm not getting so I said never mind and drove off

Was a positive experience. Wendy's double with cheese is always good comfort food. Be careful exiting the drive through, they now have you exit right into incoming heavy traffic. I don't like that.

I really enjoy going to this location. The service is great and the workers are wonderful. Shout out to the GM Megan for being great!

Went to Wendy's to get their hot and fresh fries, they r cold rite out of the drive thru window.also ordered their chicken nuggets 6 peice they r cold.am not taking them back just not gonna frequent there anymore and will not recommend this Wendy's on Andrews highway at all.nice people but bad food preparation and or leave food out too long.
