14The process for fast food at this location, is very slow, very slow, no apologies, no cares, just here your food, I even said thank you, to get a your welcome. I thought I would have gotten "my apologies for the wait have a great day" nope, no good customer service. And the for wasnt great the fries tasted old and dried out. The burger bun peeled off on the paper.
The restaurant was totally empty no customers. My single burger was very small. For the price the food wasn't worth it!
Zero stars for zero service. Should have realized this place was bad news when no cars were in parking lot or drive-thru lane. Ordered a meal at their drive-thru and paid. Even though no one else was at the Wendy's, I was told to pull up to the front and wait. I waited for at least 20 minutes before I drove back to the drive-thru window. The girl asked me. "Wha'? " I told her I was still waiting for my order. She said they were ge-in the frefries. Oh, boy. I had to go back and park by front again. So there went almost $20 for a meal that had cold fries and barely edible sandwich. Went there the 1st and last time today. Waste of money and time. That location should be closed permanently. It was pathetic and disgusting.
Yes Wendy's to me was very good and they have very good service they're very helpful and friendly.
Went to Wendy’s after getting off work I was hungry this was about 11: 10pm I ask the lady for some hot fries she put them in the Grease to get them hot I asked her how long the were out she said about 5to 10 minutes. I watch her taking the fries out the grease.when she gave my food I tasted the fries they tasted bitter the single had a lots of sauce dripping down the bun I wanted so much to turn around and get my money back. I threw the fries away and removed some of sauce I’m not going there ever.and then I think she was team leader this Wendy’s get zero stars.
I arrived at this store late last night for Uber delivery pick up and had to wait way longer than expected even though I saw a couple of staff inside the store and I was the only one in line. They were busy running their mouth about social matters rather than showing quality customer service. There was a black guy in there with a sagging pant and sitting on top of the food counter. He was scratching his unkempt hair with no netting or cap. That’s totally disgusting an unacceptable. When the order finally came out, the bag was open and roughed up and so I asked the female staff to package it properly and then seal it for delivery and she became obnoxious and frowningly threw some stickers on it. Whoever owns this place needs to provide adequate training for the staffs otherwise they will lose revenue and or the business. There’s no excuse for unruliness in the hospitality industry.
They didn't give us a receipt. Messed up our order a bunch and were very slow. Stay away from this location.
I've been coming here for years and can't believe I've never wrote a review I apologize to the staff. I have never had a bad service experience and can honestly say they have all way been extremely fast in getting the food ready. It's like they already know what your going to order before they order it.thank you guys so much for the hard work you guys put in for these past years. Im sure the service won't change. Highly recommend this Wendy's location
Ordered a Baconator, asked if it had ketchup and mayo on it, guy behind the counter said said yes, so I said none of that, he replied "so plain, right? " And I said yeah. Got my food fairly quickly, left out in a hurry and didn't think to check my burger. No ketchup or mayo thankfully.and no bacon either.no BACON on a BACONATOR. Apparently to them no bacon is also part of plain.
Yeah, never ordering at this Wendy's again, and you shouldn't either.
Just left this wendys with a wet seat cause the cashier decided 5 drinks needed to be on a 4 cup carrier container.and they didnt give us our food.i had choice words for her (uneducated feminine dog). Tighten up wendys
My goodness Dave must be rolling over in his grave. Terrible, slow service and the clerk didn’t know the different between a “single” and a “classic” when asked. The drink machine was probably stocked with only 25% of the choices? Burger very substandard. Will not be back.
If I could give zero stars I could. I sat at the counter for over 10 mins and was told they can’t take my payment. They don’t have any of the specialty items as advertised on the screens in their building. They have zero drink options even after the boil water effect is over and from previous reviews I see there drink options have been limited for months. This is a pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. My coworker, after realizing we were wasting our time, tried to get a refund for his food that hadn’t come out in my the 15-20 mins since we’ve been and was told to wait. After being told to wait we sat around for ANOTHER 20 mins waiting on a refund. If you have any timeframe to be on for lunch do not come here. If you want a decent lunch in a timely manner don’t come here. Actually just don’t ever come here. This has been the worst food experience I’ve EVER had.
Polite lady taking my order and the food was nice and hot. As for atmosphere, well it was drive thru so take it as you want. (I didn't feel unwelcomed)
No drink flavors no food I waited 30 minutes to be told they don't have any items horrible place don't go here
