20Went in at 10: 14 because I stopped at the convenience store and said I'll run inside Wendy's to grab something to eat I was told the inside was closed for 10 minutes why it is peak time for lunch no line at the drive-thru now could use it but I was already denied service and will not be using it
So I used an offer to get 2 sandwiches through the Wendy’s mobile app. When my Doordash reached there, they told me that Wendy’s didn’t have the hot honey sandwich and they could only do 2 of the Asiago which I didn’t want. So I asked them to cancel my order and I got a call from Doordash as well confirming the same. Ever since, I’ve been waiting for my refund. $15 is a lot for a meal and I’ve been trying to reach their customer service but I don’t think they have any. Disappointed.
Worst Wendys I've ever been to. Staff was EXTREMELY rude. Used drive-thru and was told only lobby was open. Went to front door and sign said "drive-thru only". So I went to the drive thru again and employee raised her voice saying "use the other door". So I went inside and they were throwing attitude the whole time. Lady at the counter even told another employee "You give her the bag. I don't want to give it to her. " NEVER AGAIN!
Not what i expected burger wise for the amount we paid for when we ate there for lunch more then likely would not go back again for lunch
Wendys, your store at 891 N earl rudder fwy in bryan, tx needs help from someone who knows how to run a store. I get it. There are shortages right now. But it's been close to a year since I've been able to go in there and they weren't out of something, or their computers were down, or they were closed early. I used to go here alot being on my way home from work. Had to start checking my burgers because I would order a double and I kept getting one large patty and one small patty. But tonight was the final straw. I visited March 6th at approximately 8pm. Tried to order the bacon cheddar burger and was told they were out of the cheese sauce. So I switched to the bacon bourbon burger. She said they had everything for that. What I got was 2 patties, a slice of cheese and bourbon sauce. No bacon, no onions, nothing. And when I took it back in side, the "manager" said "you want some bacon? I can give you some bacon but it's burnt" and she crumpled a hand full of bacon on the counter. She then spent the next few minutes, while I was trying to come to a resolution with the polite employees, huffing and puffing and throwing a temper tantrum around the store because I called it bbq sauce instead of bourbon sauce. Ignoring the fact that she just gave me half of a burger that I paid over $12 for, after telling me they had everything for it. I never had any issues with the other stores in town, but this store has become a disgrace. I got my refund and went to a different restaurant. I will not be returning to this store.
Huge Wendy's fan but this store has ruined me. Either out of product or equipment failures. This time they were short handed and only had the drive thru open. Done.
Rudiness again. I can come about 10 times a year but I skip this location to once a year now. Temptef not to ever come to any Wendy's again in brazos county. Worst experience ever. Most likely dame manager hires there rude workers.or do they teach them this anger?
I was in line behind two other potential costumers. The girl just said we are denying you service at the moment. I politely left to my car and went elsewhere
I wasn't going to post, but today had me fed up. About a month ago I stopped to get breakfast and their computers were down and couldn't take in a payment. 2 weeks ago they were out of bacon, yesterday 2/7 they didn't have any chicken for breakfast, went today 2/8 and they were out of the buns that goes with the chicken sandwich. JUST SHUT THE PLACE DOWN ALREADY. WHO DO YALL HAVE ORDERING THE SHIPMENT THERE. GOOD GRIEF. I WILL NOT BE GOING BK. E. V. E. R.
When we went to buy the $1 sausage egg and cheese bescuits they did not have sausage only bacon egg and cheese, we went 3 days after and this time they did not have The bescuits or sausage. So we decided to head to the location to college station next town to Bryan tx and then they told us that offer was not available in that location so overall Wendy's sucks
Terrible this is the 2nd time they've gotten my order wrong. They even pulled me in the parking lot for 10mins and they still got it wrong.
Every single time I go to this Wendy's, they get our order wrong. I only keep trying because my kids like them. No more. Today we ordered a sack of burgers and they left mine out. I couldn't just run in because their lobby is closed so I would have had to wait in the long drive thru line to get my burger. They didn't give me a receipt so hopefully they didn't charge me for it but I'm leaving hungry and annoyed.
Literally waited forever until someone finally asked me what I would like to order, when I started talking they cut me off and said "hold on" then waited another 35-40 minutes before I gave up and drove off. And they only had chicken, no burgers. And were closing an hour early. I won't be coming back.
Terrible experience at this location on 12/8. They didn't have any bacon ready, so we had to wait. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see what was going on. They were bringing my order out. It was missing a burger. Only when I inquired about the missing burger did they tell me that after 30 minutes of waiting, they didn't have ANY BACON. All my items had bacon and no one told those of us waiting. The worker then took the bag out of my hand and threw it in the trash. I asked for a refund and all they ended up doing was reprinting my receipt. So now I'm on hold with Wendy's corporate. Will never return to this location.
The one star review is due to the fact that the wendys mascot on the outside of the building looks haunted and is terrifying
Hadn't been there in a while (no real particular reason) and was blown away by the fries! I didn't know that Wendy's was seasoning thier fries now.
I have eaten here a number of times to really give a general evaluation of their consistent quality of product/service. The staff attitude is varied over all. Sometime you encounter someone pleasant, other times you meet someone who’s soul has been crushed, and then you just run into the occasional few who just don’t give a *insert colorful word here*. The other reason they get a lower rating is the regularity to miss items or get your order wrong. Funny enough I will still continue to go here because my grandmother enjoys it as a variation to her habitual consumption of jack in the box, and it’s proximity to her house. Despite the fact she wants to occasional go here, I still see her rarely finish her hamburger from here.
The fresh lemonade was delicious and tart I loved it. However, the jalapeño popper sandwich was not great at all. The chicken was hard and overcooked the cheese was old and the jalapen were not up to par. The fries were slightly cold but the quality was good. I'd definitely still order the drink but sticking to the nuggets and 4 for 4.
So we ordered the special 4 for 4, not what we were expecting to be, nuggets and fries tasted like it was fried in old oil and the soda machine tried to get a cherry Dr Pepper and it gave me a diet drink so then went to the counter and asked the person that worked there to get me a Dr. Pepper from there still tasted nasty! So not very pleased with this order from Wendy's! Unsatisfied customer!
The employees are nice and the drive through is ok, but do NOT eat inside. Whoever owns this place has absolutely stopped all maintenance. The ceiling is stained and leaks all over the tables, a window is broken, the drink machine doesn’t work right, their card machine doesn’t work (had to go next door to the convenience store to pay an atm fee for cash), and it is not clean.
