Dining area was a labyrinth. Bathroom was disgusting. Hard to tell where to go and felt like cattle moving through a maze to slaughter. Food was not the greatest and person that took our order did not listen to us when we ordered. Asked us the same questions that we just answered and then did not follow the answers. Bad experience over all.

Was shopping for my wife today; walked behind the counter thinking it was the brassiere section. Hey, you gotta get want the woman’s wants right gentleman! Finally found one in the back. It had holes and grease all over it but I decided, hey, that’s what she’s into. Say brassiere number two and decided to throw a fist pump. Didn’t know they had mannequins in the back! Let’s just say after it all happened Natasha wasn’t too happy. I came back home with the brassieres in hand. My bride was chewing broccoli and when she saw the brassieres she tucked the broccoli in the side of her mouth and threw the brassieres at me. Went back to the store to apologize. Natasha was naked and afraid, scrambling for help on the floor. Then I just took a chili and left.

Their burgers used to be so 'fresh and juicy. Not anymore. I have tried to give them a chance, repeatedly, but I'm not sure I will ever go back. I've just been disappointed too many times now.

Ordered ahead on the app. Went through drive-thru for pickup. They told us to pull ahead and someone would bring it out. Sat there for almost 15 minutes, watched 5-6 other cars behind us get their meals and leave, before I went in to check on the status. They said they were “waiting for fresh food” -? Did they give it all to the other cars behind us? A few minutes later, they brought my order to the counter and said, “Have a nice day. ” I asked where my drinks were. Oops - she forgot. While she was getting the drinks, I decided I should check my order. Surprise surprise - one of the sandwiches was missing. I told her I was missing a sandwich, and she brought one over from the drive-thru area and told me to check if that was it. I confirmed that it was, and put it in one of my bags. Finally got my drinks and left. Never once received an apology for the ridiculous wait, or a thank you for my patience. I didn’t go all Karen or anything, even told them thank you once I finally got everything. Super long wait every time I’ve been to this location, but this time was the worst. And poor poor customer service. We won’t be returning.

Dining room was not open to the public you have to use the drive thru. It took over 20 minutes from the time I got in line to get my food!
I'll never go to that Wendy's again!

I brought 2 salad's last night. They food has moho. I went back to the store and the Lobby is closed and at the window they told me that they can't give me my money back because they don't have a manager.

I went to pick up a Grubhub order around 3: 30pm, went through the drive thru because the lobby is never open anymore that I’m aware of. I told them at the speaker about my order and they told me to pull ahead. Got to the window and they had me park so at this point I’ve been waiting for about 10 min, it was 4 sandwiches and 2 fries so no problem a decent size order. Then they also park the 2 cars behind me. Then a few min later a young lady comes out and tells me it will be 5 min. At this point I know it’s going to be longer than that from experience. A few minutes later they bring out a big bag and bring it to the car they parked after me. Absolutely pathetic, I’ve worked at Wendy’s making sandwiches and it shouldn’t take that long. I won’t ever be going back to this poorly run location.

Ordered 2 burger meals. The inside of both burgers were pink. Tried 3 different sodas out of the electronic drink dispenser and all were flat.

I can't really say anything about the food.but it's extremely irritating as a food courier when you walk up to the lobby and the door is LOCKED! So now you are expected to sit in a drive thru behind 8 or 9 cars to make $7 delivering someone's order.

This place sucks, went a week ago around 12: 30 for lunch and the dinning room was closed, it always closed and they will screw up your order in the drive thru. I hope this place closes & then it can become a Lisa’s Chicken!

Me and my husband each had a mobile order here and went to pick it up. When we got to the drive thru they said they had his but could not find mine. We then drove up to the window and they asked us to pay for my husband's and we told them it was paid on the app. They said that's right and handed us my order. We then asked where my husband's order was and they said they could not find it and we should park and they would bring it out. So we park and wait another 20 min and no one comes. Then we tried to go in, but I guess the dining room isn't open so we called. It then rang about 11 times before someone answered and said to they would start making his order and it would be out in 3 min. I said we had put our order in an hour ago and they said they had a lot of big orders and weren't able to keep up. Ours was not one of these big orders. My husband's order was just 2 hamburgers. I was so happy that I moved close to a Wendy's, but this was such a disappointment. They did not even offer us anything for waiting so long. They could've given us a drink or discount or something. It was really bad customer service. We are awaiting a message from the headquarters where we reported it. I would not recommend this place at all. This is my least favorite Wendy's.

You never get everything you ordered when they give it to you… the dining room is never open, despite the app letting you order for carry out. And you’re going to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru on a good day…

No NOT come here. No, like, seriously. The in-store is closed and the drive though takes 30+ minutes. I feel so bad for the employees here because they’re obviously trying and stressed out. Something at this location is seriously wrong. Probably not hiring enough people like everywhere else right now. I honestly wouldn’t be mad if everything on the menu increased in price by $1 if that means better service.

Worst experience I've ever had i asked for no opinions or mayonnaise on my burger and it had extra on it. I asked for BBQ and ranch for the chicken nuggets for my kid and they gave her ghost pepper sauce. Will not be back to this location.

There was a roach in my food and the manager could care less. We have filed reports and still have not heard anything. The manager even claimed to not know how to do a refund and wanted to pay me out of her pocket!

Placed my order / They said I just ordered the burger not the combo, Tried to argue and tell me thats not what I ordered and didn't even attempt to fix it. Asked several times to go ahead and make it a combo I will pay the difference. Employees were confused, Having a really hard time to proceed with the basic task. Place is a joke. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. ZERO customer service.

I would give 0 stars if i could.i was given the wrong order 3 separate times, told to come back for a refund twice because they wouldn’t give it the first time, and was finally refunded the incorrect amount.i would go back for the full amount but can think of a million things i would rather do than deal with any of the employees at this location again

I canNOT believe how DISCUSSING this place is. Do not waste your money or time.
1) the order was incorrect
2) hair in the food
3) horrible customer service (young kids goofing around while working).
4) I called multiple time and no answer.
5) Long wait in the drive thru
