Tina was super sweet, corrected my order because I hadn't ordered the correct item! Was sad about no smokey honey Mustard

What is going on with this location? Currently been waiting 35 mins for a biggie bag and a potato! Ridiculous! I even placed the order before going and picking it up and it's still taken 35+ minutes to make? I'm very confused on what is taking so long. I could have went and dined in somewhere and had my food by now. No to mention they've gotten my order wrong multiple times before and no one cares! Fire these incompetent people Wendy's my god! I really want my food it's already paid for or I'd leave already.

As long as you don't go at night the daytime shift is great night time shift not so well do not go after 10 or 11 otherwise check your food

I visited this Wendy's in the afternoon and got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was dry and tasted weird. I tried around 2 am, and they did have any food to serve. The guy behind the counter was rude and brushed all customers who approach. I would avoid this “restaurant”.

Usually when I come to this location the service is terrible, but every time Jason is on drive thru he always delivers great service!
A hard worker that makes it a better experience for me so I can come back and get more. Thx Jason!

Wendy's in a truck stop. It's close to work and convenient or I wouldn't go there

I ordered a Door dash order with 2 taco salads and when it came it was 2 bowls of lettuce with tomatoes and 2 bags of tortilla chips. No chili and sour cream. I called the restaurant and when I told the server what happened I was hung up on. An $11 lettuce salad.

Dined in. Friendly service, food was hot & fresh. Restaurant was clean & properly stocked of condiments. Will be back to this location.

Went here today 8/4/2023 after frequenting here for the past 6 years and was very annoyed. They have a new staff and they don't listen. I ordered my usual biggie bag, made like a single with the new ghost pepper fries. I got my food pulled off and checked it. Burger not made the way I requested, no sauce for the nuggets and seltzer water for the drinks. They said they would remake it and when I told the lady at the drive through about the drinks, she lied and said they didn't have any more sprite. I asked her twice, just to make sure before requesting a refund and she said there was no more. Then tried to make me come inside for a refund. No lady. The manager came to the window very confused and stated that he could change it out. I told him just give me a refund. Who lies about Sprite and then gets mad and makes a scene? They need to put her on the grill. And the other lady that stood next to her lying. You would think they were giving me my food, the way they were acting.

They were severely understaffed but the food was still so good and they made sure everyone that came in was well taken care of. Give these men a raise please

Best Wendy's I've been to. Friendly service. Good food. Clean store. Will be back.

Took a very long time to relieve food.but it was hot and fresh. This location always seems to be short staffed

I'm from Ohio, and that's where Dave Thomas started the company. He would be rolling over in his grave if he saw the quality of the food there now.

My visit was good. I ordered a different burger through the drive thru but after I took it back in. The lady quickly took my old burger and they made the right burger. I was upset that the carbonated machine was down but hopefully they will get it fixed.

Very friendly and fast. Good food what you would expect from a Wendy's even if it is in the truck stop.
