17No one would come to the counter to take order. There were several behind use waiting also. Will no go back if they can't do their jobs!
I just ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal. It was so nasty. So overcooked. So dry. I tried to call the store, but the phone number is no good. I ordered it from the Wendy's on loop 323 in Tyler, Texas. The Gentry store has never let me down. This was gross.
Hi. Can you please give your workers air conditioning? That was completely unsafe conditions especially for people cooking in the back. I can’t believe a chain like this could treat their frontline like this.
Took 25 minutes to get my drive thru order. Don’t know what the problem is but the a/c is out in the business too. Floors are dirty. Tables are dirty. Horrible management. Time for somebody to step up to the plate.
The absolute worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. Not only did I not receive my food but I had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru for the rude employee to tell me she didn’t take my order! Extremely unprofessional workers which must be a reflection of poor management! The entire establishment is a dump and an eyesore in the Tyler community! Pathetic! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars!
I was happy with the food and price for the order but This young man at the window kinda was rude. Hispanic and we had to repeat the order and when I spoke English since we repeated 3 times the order he got an attitude telling me he speak Spanish. I appreciate it but since he seem to don't understand I had to try English over all good food and price. I'm just glad it was take out.
Literally waited over 35 minutes and eventually went inside. After another 15 minutes we finally got our food. A 50 minute wait for 2 biggie bags is ridiculous. This Wendy's also has terrible customer service over all. After we got our food my fiance was checking to make sure nothing was left out and the manager stopped and asked whats wrong with it? My fiance stated well im making sure everything is here we waited so long I don't want to leave without all of our food. Then as we were leaving he asked so? Everything there? He said yep if not id let you know. Btw a 50 minute wait is ridiculous. I work in food service and usually don't write bad reviews but I feel like the owners should know. There were multiple angry customers that day we spoke to a few outside and one inside that went in to get her food and waited longer than us. Do better or shut down.
We went in there trying to use our coupons and the employees were already annoyed like they didnt want to deal with us the lady doing our order just put in pur order without us finishing and told us to get back in line for the rest of our order so thats what we did and when we checked our order we saw they gave us the wrong order and when we pulled up she had a group of employees just sitting there staring at us with mean looks while we were trying to get our order right she made us pay for a large drink we didnt ask for and the drink was disgusting. Terrible service over all never had this experience in my life and i been using coupons at wendy for a while now and i never gotten this experience until i came to tylers wendys on the loop.
If you can't handle your smoke, maybe put it down for a bit. If you have to deliver food from here, I highly recommend letting that order go or calling your customer to let them know they may or may not be getting what they ordered within the hour. The customer service is a joke.
This restaurant is disgusting! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Dead bugs on the floor, The floor had food and grime everywhere. Tables were dirty. I'm guessing the management doesn't care. I walked out and won't ever return.
Not a good location. Server was a zombie. I’ll find somewhere else to eat lunch when I’m in Tyler.
Nothing ever works here, and they need to learn how to use a lawn mower. They probably take care of the kitchen like they take care of the lawn. Also, everyone is rude. They're also flagged on a national database due to this particular location having so many fraud claims. Sounds like someone is stealing card information.
Just ridiculous! Haven’t been able to scan my app in about 4 months. This time they blamed it on the wi-Fi. I abhors this Wendy’s. They should fire half their staff and start over.
We went to this Wendy's it was good at first then when I asked for normal chicken nuggets one of them was spicy and I wanted a lemonade refill but they don't do refill for lemonade I recommend you go to other Wendy's last time I came here it was way better even the chili was very mushy so don't come to this Wendy's go to another one we have plenty.
Order a double and got a single. The manger had an attitude but this guy comes from the back and confirmed my order and why is it one price at the window and another price at the counter. Bad place to eat. I will never go back no matter how far I have to drive.
Wendy's is my favorite, just not this location. Food is always cold. I wish owner could find someone to probably run this location. Fingers crossed.
Place is dirty, worker motivation is none, looking through drive through the kitchen is old and dirty, got #5 all the cheese at the bottom wasn't wrapped tortilla bunched up chicken was cold. Bag was given with a big hole. Owner needs to do a rodent check in the facility
