18Food is good, but every time drinks are ordered for delivery, they don't put on tamper seals. Please address this. Outside of this, it's a great place! I'll update the review once consistent and safe packaging of delivery orders is the norm.
Used the walk instead of drive through for an order to go. We were greeted nicely and the order taker was courteous and helpful. Got our order very quickly and packaged really good. Will use this Wendy's again
Had a not so good visit this time. Ordered Wendy's single and upgraded to double and didn't get the extra paddy. Still a good hamburger
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. Not to mention the manager who’s in charge, yelling and over working her employees I was waiting for my order and was listening to how she she mistreats her employees during a lunch rush. I myself was in a toxic fast food environment and I recognize a rude manager when I hear one. Abusing their position and making others feel less than. She should feel shame and embarrassment for treating and yelling at her own employees this way. And this is every time I come during my break. The short Hispanic manager with brown hair needs to learn basic manners and how to treat others with kindness and respect.
Ordered cob salad which looked trashy, turned from green to brown, requested to change order and fries were burnt and burger was soggy.ordered strawberry shake for kids and never given had to go request again even after having paid for everything.
They were very busy. But the cashier wasn't very pleasant. And the place was dirty. Food was good though.
Food isgood i have that they don't teach a universal way to make french toast one day its toasted bread 2 days later it french toast? Ughhh id want DRY BREAD I csn make that @ home.

I don't think my spicy ckn sandwich is made of ckn. Its discolored and hard. This place used to b a family favorite, but now I think we will definitely avoid this location. Spend way to much money for food that will b put in the trash.
They made my daughter go thru the drive-through line to pick up an order for herdoor dashing customer. However, the doordash app said that they opened the lobby for dashers.

It's my favorite fast food cheeseburger. And the diet Coke was so good. Very fast service and nice people.
They tried to give me a chicken sandwich that had been sitting around somewhere. The sandwich was super cold. Cool got a attitude when I gave it back. People please check your food if you decide to come to this Wendy’s. I highly don’t recommend you do unless you want to get sick.
The worst Wendy’s in Mansfield and surrounding areas. Very rude, disrespectful and young employees including the manager. No customer service at all.
I drive further to the Wendy’s on broad because they are so great all the time!

I ordered the five dollar biggie bag and I got a value sized fry. I have worked for Wendy’s in the past and the five dollar biggie bag had a small fry with it. I am very disappointed. I want some sort of compensation for this.

Tried to dine in. It was supposed to be open but was not. It was 9: 30am. Who isn't open by then.
I live in the neighborhood. Been living here about 8 months. I come maybe once a month. Everytime I come I experience someone with a bad attitude at the drive thru. Last nite, on 2/6/23, I pulled up to the drive thru and set there for 3 to 4 minutes at the drive thru speaker and no one even greeted me until I said “Hello”, and then she said “go ahead with your order. ” I told myself I wasn’t gonna come
Back. This was the last time.
After sitting in line over 12 mins, I was missing items. Then arrived home to see my order was not fix as asked. Called to notify the manager and finally after an hour of calling they answered to say we don't answer unknown callers and bring the order back to them. Yeah NO IM NOT!
