Wendy's, El Paso TX

I ordered the nuggets and fries combo with a mango pineapple lemonade. The nuggets were hot, fries were crispy, and the lemonade was absolutely delicious!

Worst customer service ever the manager Paola was super rude! She was giving me attitude and didn’t want to give me service. I upgraded my meal to a large and she filled up my fries half way as seen in the picture. She needs to be fired asap! This is not the first time she has done this.

I love their salads and chocolate frosty. I also highly recommend the breakfast baconator and the french toast sticks before 10: 30 am.

Every time we order a combo with the fries the fries are a big disappointment always soggy or cold a big let down on their part but the burgers are ok that's all but the fries somebody needs to learn how to cook em right.

Very good customer service, cashier was very attentive and even brought out our frostys. I believe her name was Marlyn.

Nice enough store, but they messed up my order 3 times for imho food that was meh. Unfortunate because i used to love Wendy's great service and attention to detail, order accuracy

I just went to get some food for lunch. I ordered a parmesan Caesar salad and they didn’t even put the chicken in the salad. They didn’t give me a receipt for the order and Ive tried calling them multiple times to get a refund. This place sucks.

The burgers were luke warm at best the garlic fries are meh. The chili was really good and the chili cheese fries were good too just the burgers are lackluster I don't kmowmifnrhey need to make them thicker or what but they are always cold or luke warm

Their food needs better quality bread. As soon as you start taking a bite you realize the bread they use is a super low low quality bread. If they are going to use cheap low quality bread they they should have lower priced food.

The food is always fresh, delicious and excellent customer service. I love it because I never have problems with coupons

My sandwich was fresh and hot and the cashier was super friendly.

For the expensive price customers pay the food should be fresh or close enough but this place gives old food, and works look horrible food stains on there clothes and all 1 star all the way

Arrived 1 minute after selected pickup time. Burgers, fries and chicken nuggets were all cold. I asked where can I check this pick up order. I was told the receipt was on the bag. I told them that means nothing and sure enough order was missing 2 items. Instead of waiting for me to arrive to fill the frosty order they had poured them already and they were melting one was overflowing the lid which made a mess in the car on the way home. I called the number on the receipt and no one bothered to answer the phone.
