Wendy's, League City TX

Drove all the way here and the website said it closed at 12 am.well 11: 05 and no one is here. Disappointing

Little boy at the drive through at 4: 40pm on July 13th was very rude and unprofessional

Food is great! Bit prices are too high for the portion sizes. Almost $12 for a regular #1. Sorry Wendy's, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure of the manager's name, but she was extremely polite and even offered to bring drinks to my car. I order online, and the food is always ready when I get there, and the food is always fresh as well. Absolutely blows the Kemah Wendy's out of the water.

Drive thru they constantly forget items you order. I usually check, but this time I asked "Is everything here" and they said yes. I spent over $30. They forgot a cheese burger and a six peice nugget. I called and spoke with Elizabeth. Only thing she could do was tell me to drive all the way back to pick up the remaining order. I explained that if I go back the rest of the food will be cold. I asked if brought the remaining order back can they make the order fresh so I can give the full meal to my family and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. I asked is there anything else I could do besides drive back at that moment and pick up the reamining and food and she said "no". Its either now or never. I consider this stealing because at least let me pick up a different day, but apparently CS Resturants Inc has a policy via the owner that doesn't allow refunds or replacement or missing items unless you turn around that moment and get the food. Doesn't matter if you waste gas, time and money to do it, if you don't take their offer you lose everything. This should be illegal.

I love this Wendy's! I grabbed a burger and some fries tonight. The burger was masterfully made, the fries were crispy and hot, but most of all, they tasted FRESH. The manager, Lindsey, was friendly and professional! The staff was top knotch and worked with precision and speed. The restaurant was also very clean, which was refreshing. If you eat at Wendy's, I recommend this Wendy's in particular!

Every time I have been here the fries are ALWAYS old, stale and cold. Fast food isn't the best to eat in the first place but at least make the fries fresh! Literally like eating 5 day old fries. Total trash. Hamburger same thing, ice cold like it was made 3 days ago. Chicken nuggets were so old and stale they were like eating wood. WTH is the deal here. Make the food when it is ordered! Every time NOBODY has been there so there is no excuse to premake food that sits there for hours or even days. Hamburger ice cold and old. That is a health hazard and a waste of peoples money. I should have just got to MC Donald's. EVERY time you go here the fries are old and cold I mean throw the old ones out and make new ones fresh! WTH
