Wendy's, Longview TX

Pink chicken in the sandwich. Would've gotten food poisoning if I hadn't caught it.

Had a new product. It was ok chicken was a little dry, thank goodness for the maple, it was decent overall but a bit pricy for what you actually get. Love that they serve Simply Orange juice though.

I hate complaining but the chick at the pick up window needs an attitude check to say the least. Didn't say a word and literally shoved the food at me. The young man at the order window was friendly but she shouldn't have a job.

Last two times we've ordered delivery from here, something isn't right.this time I ordered baconator fries and got regular ones instead.asked for honey mustard and didn't get that.

The employees at this Wendy's are amongst the friendliest I've ever encountered - certainly a breath of fresh air in an industry that cares little about their boots on the ground.

The food? It's about what you'd expect. It's fairly mid, but you're still getting what you pay for, which is fair. They've been awfully kind this year by giving us not just one but now two opportunities for a $3 breakfast, and that has been very much appreciated!

Overall, if you're a fan of the franchise, they will not let you down. People tend to already have their preferences before deciding on what place to grab a quick meal at, and there's nothing at this location that would likely change said opinions aside from promotional offers and great service. Personally, they'd earn a 5th star from me if they seasoned the food a bit better and put more overall care in its preparation.

Cold fries soda was flat guy at 1st window was tweeking 2nd window gave food slammed window fast no have a nice day no thanks come again which is terrible customer skills got home was missing an item i just threw away i was to frustrated

The last 3 times I've been to this location. They havnt gotten somthing wrong. Check your order before you leave. Or just don't go, it's not worth it!

Why is my medium Frosty so freaking tiny? Come on, ridiculous! The small has to be even more of a joke. They didn't even give me a straw either.

The lady working the window was so helpful we changed my order to the special they have going and it saved me around 1.50 and I was more pleased. Thank you lady

The reasons this didn't get 5 stars is 1st, the fries were old. And for $42 for 3 people for 3 combos, I expect hot, fresh fries!
Secondly, they got the entire order wrong and would not answer the phone.

This Wendy's is the best in Longview. The food is always hot and fresh. The dining room is pretty clean. The customer service is fantastic. My family and I won't go to any other Wendy's from now on. Thank you for serving our community.

Food was decent. Only issue is that the staff in the kitchen were being very loud and didn't appear to be doing anything.

Solely responsible for my high cholesterol and I wouldn't have it any other way! #Baconator
