Wendy's, Cedar Park TX

The woman working the window needs to adopt better customer service skills. Not friendly and seemingly in a rush with no customers. Not sure what the rush is exactly. This is a very low volume location and should be heavy on the customer service. That’s not the main problem. Food was inedible. I got a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was cold and secondly the sauce they put on the sandwich was expired because it smelled and tasted absolutely horrific. French toast sticks for my daughter were saturated with vegetable oil. Supposed to drain fried products for a bit so this does not happen.a little oil is ok but your whole food bag shouldn’t have a wet look to it. I love Wendy’s but will drive to another location from now on.this location needs a lot of work.

Haven't had Wendy's in at least 2 years and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Definitely worth a trip back in the near future.

Terrible service. Staff starred at us but no one attend to talk our order when we walking in.

They now take Gpay! They always have fast and friendly service and don't forget the hamburger meat is fresher and tastes better than other fast food chains such as McDonalds and Burger King's rice filler meat in a bun.

The girl at the register at the window tried to charge me $3.56 for a junior bacon cheeseburger which everywhere else on the planet is a $1.99 I asked for the manager and the manager did not speak English she said the other girl was the manager who also did not speak English they refused to help me in any way

Food was Wendy's food, one knows what to expect. The staff was unfriendly and apathetic.

They got me and my groups order correct.
And the cashier was kind to let us know our food was ready. After I took my ice cream cup that she got me first. The place is pretty clean and quiet almost always when I go.

Wendy's is absolutely tanking. The "ghost pepper" fries are just soppy greasy sh*t. No cheese, JUST grease, like disposed grease from the fryers. Like the employees are trying to get people sick.
That useless amorphous blob Wendy should be as ashamed as the owners of this place need to be. I only went because the line at Taco Bell was too long. Big mistake and it won't happen again!

Have gotten better over the last year. They still have minor issues here and there but still good.

This location has gone down hill since my last visit. Chicken BLT was hard as ever, thin, dehydrated and old. Customer service was snobby and rude, felt there was a racist energy, just saying. They need to amp up the efforts here, there's too much competition to not give a sht about their overall quality.

I just left from this location my fries were old and hard, and not fresh taste like I was eating on a rock. The girl at the window was rushing. This is unacceptable. What are we paying our money for old stale food. Definitely will not be coming to this location again.

Customer service was friendly but they launched one of my orders by not adding mayo overall the atmosphere it's okay

This woman yall hired as a manager. Ya, needs to seriously be fired! Shes very rude, gives dirty looks, has an attitude with customers. And shes been yelling at her staff in the back. Very unprofessional. I dont know who she is. Ive stopped going in because shes always giving me personally dirty looks and watching me like im doing something wrong. Yall need to seriously fire that woman.

Well, in my opinion, these guys are completely insane charging over four dollars for large french fries. It's a potato. I can get a 5 pound bag of potatoes for less than four dollars. Ridiculous prices. Boycott begins now.

Check your order before you leave, ordered two combos with fries and we only got one fry. No answer when I called their location to try and get the charge corrected
