Arrived more than 20 minutes before close and as did multiple other cars only for the drive thru to ignore everyone. The employees were seen standing watching the cameras laughing and not working at all. This is unacceptable.

I wasn’t able to go into the dining area like the app said I could, so I had to use the drive thru to pick up my order. Drive thrus stress me out, but the lady who was running it was patient. The food was warm and helped prevent a migraine. Thank you!

Very unprofessional staff. I tried getting ahold of my husband that works there and was told very rudely he didn't work there several times while trying to get ahold of him about a minor emergency I was having with my son. I spoke to 3 different managers that lied and thought the matter was funny. Also, called my husband's phone and one of the staff answered his personal cell phone and was told he would call back later if he could. Now, is it very professional of the managers there to reach into a married employees pocket and answer their phone? I would like to report this store to corporate if possible and need to know how I can contact them. I tried asking the store managers but was hung up on several times.

Does anyone know when Wendys will open dining area? When go by there, its locked. I think drive through might be open. Just curious

My 2nd time in and I won't be back. I've come both times with my 1st responder partner. Both times I let him order ahead of me. The manager has taken his order and then put the same "new guy" on the register to help me. By the time I got my food my partner was done eating. The only thing that save this review was the fries. They were fresh out of the fryer. But my burger was cold and soggy. As if it had been handled so much that the tomatoes leaked all over.

I hate giving bad reviews. Especially at fast food restaurants. These big chains only care about making money.

Out of things every single time I go. Have yet to even be able to try the coffee. Have to change orders every time I order online. Sometimes, they just close because they don't have enough employees. I've seen them close at 10pm and 11pm when they're actual close time is 12AM. I've never seen a more poorly run fast food restaurant.

The food was hot, freshly made, and quickly prepared. The employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant lobby and ladies bathroom were very clean. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had!

July 26,2023 I went to this Wendy's to get my money back from a order from the previous week that was incorrect.
Let's start with the customer service.when I walked in a young lady with braids was standing very close to the register, she looked and me and stared her way over to pretend to get the orders out, eventually making her way to the back.

The other two employees looked and continued to fumble over the orders, the top to the shake machine fell on the floor and they just stepped over it.

The countertop was not clean at all.

After standing there for about five minutes one of the young ladies come over with the attitude of (you better be glad I came over here). So I asked if the district manager was there and she told me that she didn't recognize the name that I had given her, so she calls over the lady in the green shirt who really had the attitude that I was a bother, I explained to her the reason I was there and so I ended up telling her that I would call the district manager back and I would let him know I had to stand there for 5 minutes before I was waited on.

Now the reason for the returned visit because the week before we went there and placed an order for a double burger and a large strawberry lemonade with easy ice.

What we got was a single.now I think that you should be able to read in order to work at a fast food restaurant seeing that the orders have letters that comes out to be words.that's just my opinion.

The weight of a single and a double is different even if you can read, this is not the first time this has happened. But it's the last time that a car that I own will EVER come into that parking lot again.

I called corporate, they gave my number to the so call district manager, he called me on 7/25/23 and I told him the I would be at the store the next day.

At the very least he could have told his staff that i was coming and explained the situation. I called him back left a message and no return call.

Wendy's will never get another $11 and some change from me again.

For this to be a new store it's ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

My last 3 visits to Wendy's have been in the evening. The customer service has been rude and aggressive and to top it off, the food is terrible. The "shift manager" is as rude as the little girls working there. I had the drive thru window slammed in my face last night.

Food was good for the most part but the young lady at the window was lacking in customer service skills. She handed me my drinks and then asked us to pull forward. I asked if I could get my straws and her facial expression was so loud and ugly she didn't need to speak about her irritation. It was completely obvious. She turned around and smacked her lips and made yet another irritated face that was made obvious by the reaction of her coworkers.
When she handed me the straws she still had an attitude. I'm gonna have to pull forward to wait for my food but it's a problem because I would like to sip my lemonade while I wait?
I won't say I won't be back because I enjoy the lemonade. I just hope that particular employee isn't the one I have to deal with.

It was my 1st time going inside Wendy's in Dayton Texas! It was very nice an clean! I did not get the young ladies name that took my order an bagged it but she's got great customer service! Great job Wendy's! Be back soon!

They need better customer service. The drive thru worker never said a word. No greeting even though, I gave one. Also no "You're welcome " after I said, "Thank you. " The manager who was right beside her said nothing to her and seemed to be enjoying his conversation with another worker. The food was okay. So far, not impressed.

Have been three times in three months and my order was only correct one of those three times.
That's okay, Burger King is right next door their fries are better and they always get my order right

Ended April 4th to add they will not accept mobile orders at the drive-thru. You have to park and go inside to get your food that you paid for.
I had a lost order, canceled a credit card.

Just fix it!
