17Came in late today, right at 12: 30. We placed a mobile order. For some reason it was showing we placed two orders on their end. We explained we only had one on our end, but didn't want to he charged twice. The absolutely RUDE guy at the window was sighing, rolling his eyes, and saying we had to cancel it ourselves. Buddy, really? He didn't understand at all so I said forget it and we pulled up. Food was pretty nasty, too. Burgers were so dry and not made correctly. You only stay open till 1 am, not all night. Get an attitude adjustment.
Disgusting and dirty with no employees available to take orders inside or just too busy to come to the front register.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Not only was the order wrong but it was also poorly made. Pumpkin spice frosty was actually a chocolate frosty, was given the wrong drink and top it off.my grilled chicken salad looked like it was 3 weeks old! I thought the chicken were pieces of croutons!
Try to call the restaurant but they don't accept calls and hang up automatically.

Their manager was extremely rushy and rude to not only the one customer they had in their drive through but the cashier helping me when their mobile app was not working. Pathetic.
Found a roach in my fries, I don't understand how it's possible to miss a foach in fries.
Managers, I guess because of the blue collard shirt, both rude rushing to take your order at drive thru, didn't give no recipet no hi or confirmed my order, was handing me my items with an attitude and when I ask for straws let out heavy sigh as if I'm bothering him only one person in the lobby and one car behind, next time I'm going store to chick fil a rather wait a be treated nice and not thrown my food at me. Visited 9/26 around 8: 40pm.
Slowest drive thru in existence. I always go to Chick-fil-A next door cause is so fast.but once a while every time I go here.drive thru is so slow.even if nobody is in line. 1 star
They are the worst place and they suck at making the food.the Patty's look like something I would get at a gas station.
Great staff dined in on a Sunday no other customers in there. Food was ok service was good.
Had issues with the app and the manager and cashier were very helpful, kind, and understanding. I was overall happy with my experience even with the bumps.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I understand if they’re short staffed and can only take an order at a time. However, there’s no excuse if you take an order wrong all the time. And they won’t give me my receipt after purchase. I’m always nice to the workers, but there’s no enthusiasm or response. Makes me not want to come back.
Went through drive thru at 11: 30 for online order pick up. The guy told us to hurry up after we waited in a line that have 1 car for a good 5-10 minutes. Then he proceeds to forget our nuggets and fries. Go to another Wendy’s y'all!
Ernie is the only good employee here, always great service with her; while she wasn’t there, went to the front door to find it’s locked around 6 PM. Figured they’re short staffed so go to the drive thru and a lady says delivery drivers pickup food at the front counter. I informed her couldn’t because the door is locked. She said no it’s not, someone just walked through it. Drove back to the front, pulled the handle and it’s still locked. Lady inside motions to enter the side door where the drive thru is. I don’t think Wendy’s believes in the statement “communication is key”. Drove back around to other side of building and upon entering was not greeted by anyone at the counter because there was no one at the counter for awhile. Fortunately an employee clocking out saw and asked if they were going to assist. He ended up handing out the order.
Dirty place. Bad attention. Very small burger and with minimal lettuce. Wrong order. Soda machine limited choice. I will not come back. I do not recommend it.
NOW THAT JOE IS GONE. I HOPE THE MANAGERS GET TREATED THE RIGHT WAY. THEY DON'T GET ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THEIR HARD WORK. HARD WORKING MANAGERS, BUT NOT BEING APPRECIATED.
Only two employees—severely undertrained new guy and extremely rude manager. Was picking up an order for ubereats and they got a lot of the customers’ order wrong. Close the store if you can’t staff it properly.
Ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato…it looked like it’s been sitting out for a while and it smelt awful
