Wendy's, Arlington TX

Attempted to use the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes without a response. Tried to go in the lobby, was told the lobby was closed before the employee just turned around and walked away. A small child in a pink dress was behind counter wandering around by the fryers.

Horrible location the young kids that work at night will let each car sit at the drive threw speaker for 15 -20 minutes before they attempt to help or ask for your order. I guess they are hoping you drive off so they don't have to work. This has happened to me on 3 different occasions with the same 3 young boys. Last night I drove to 287 location to actually be able to get service. The last time I went I had the same experience and when they finally decided to take my order I get to the window and they were playing around saying sorry I'm sitting down but I'm in a wheelchair come to find out they were pushing each other in a chair. Total disregard for the handicap. I hope this location finds better help so I can enjoy the closest Wendy's in the area. So sad

I only get the CHOCOLATE FROSTY when I visit.

Everyone can come and enjoy something on the menu. If you like just a salad, you can get a burger or even Something sweet to eat.

Went through drive-through. Ask us to park, several cars came behind us.then 18-20 min later went inside to ask about order.they didn't have a clue, had to go back out and get my receipt and then had to wait a few more minutes to get order, now kids late to eat and get in bed on schedule. Just a sorry I forgot.was all that was said, and food was cold. Will not be visiting this location anytime soon. Bad customer service.

The two young ladies at the drive throu suggested the $1.00 for 5 mini shakes. Totally what I needed at that moment.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it took them 15 minutes to take my order I had to repeat my order Several times, and when I got to the window I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my orders and then my food was cold and hard. I was very disappointed

Stay away from this location. I ordered a Chocolate Frosty that the Hispanic girl with the arm full of tattoos did not fill properly. I asked her if she didn't mind putting more in, as it costs more than $4 now.

She took the Frosty took a long time coming back and when she did she had ran my Frosty thru the machine where it touched the ice cream leaving a machine mark on the top which is unsanitary.

I know she did this on purpose. She should get in trouble for doing that. You don't mess with customers food just because you get mad at a little minor issue of them asking for a little more. She definitely has issues.

Went to this new location for the first time today and will never return. I usually Love Wendys salads but I decided to pick one up from this location and the chicken on the salad was artificial! I’ve never had this issue at other locations as the others had real authentic chicken in their salads. I’m so disgusted and disappointed.

You know how when you see a picture of the sandwich on the menu and you can't wait to get that big juicy chicken sandwich? Yeah, that didn't happen. It was a very thin slice of breaded dry chicken, but still cost the same!

Very disappointed with our visit to Wendy's. Normally I really like coming here. Horrible food quality

They made an erro and forgot part of ny order but the employee Elsa fixed it professionally. Wasn't expecting much from the younger employees and sure enough when I went there they didn't really care about my problem. I had even called in earlier, but Elsa quickly recognized me and my order and immediately made it right with the best attitude I've seen in a while. Thank you for being such a great person!

I wish I I could give this place 0 stars. I waited 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Don’t even bother to come here. Terrible customers service

So we ordered off the app, got hot food which is great but no ketchup for the fries, dipping sauce for the nuggets, no napkins and not a straw or spoon for our drinks and frosty …It’s the little things …And we requested all those things in the app

You wait a little longer for your food but it's worth the wait. The food is always hot and fresh. 10 times better than faster food chains

Most inconsistent Wendy's I've been to. Customer service is trouble and the manager is clueless about everything and disrespectful.

Order the new grilled ranch chicken wrap received it in a old wrapper an it’s cold took it back they rewrapped the same cold chicken wrap just gave me new paper the chicken meat was brown and hard when I opened it up to show her refund me I’ll drive to the south side of cooper before ordering here again
