17 I love Wendy 's food. However, The staff and cleanliness here is so bad.it makes me sad!
Wendy 's invested so much money in UPSCALING all their restaurants. They should hire managers who care about their customers.
I went in early and ordered a baconator it no one understood me! Finally got it right with a wrong order and hands and signals.
I went to the restroom.and EEEEWWWW! WHEN WAS THE Last time they cleaned it. I HAD TO. LEAN IT. PEOPLE. AN GET SICK! THERE IS NO EXCUSE ALL 5 EMPLOYEES WERE CHATTING AWAY IN A TIGHT GROUP IN THE BAC! I speak Spanish but I did not understand more than 50% of what they were saying.must be from another country.
Who cares.just STOP IT AND GO CLEAN THE RESTAURANT!
I CEEL SORRY FOR WENDY'S.they could have so much more sales and happy customers.
This was my 3rd time coming to this location. My first experience was great! My second experience was a little weird because I saw 3 kids in the back of the counter. I was like ok everyone has had a time child care wasn't unavailable. My third experience I watched a man with NO gloves on grabbing food, eating fries, touching his nose, and adjusting his man hood. I was grossed out. I got money back needles to say I won't be back!
Hard to beat their 4 for 4 deal for lunch. Sadly they discontinued it though. Still a popular place.
Whomever oversees this location should be embarrassed. Took four tries to confirm a ONE SANDWICH ORDER before receiving the order incorrect. Took it back to amend, got the wrong order again. Too many options, Wendy's and otherwise, to waste your time or money here.
I went through the drive-through in the afternoon, and they forgot to give me back my credit card. After realizing a few hours later, I went back and asked for it. The employee shrugged and insisted they didn't have it. They refused to let me speak with a manager, denying they had it. After stating I wouldn't leave, they handed me 6 credit cards and told me to get mine. So are they stealing them, refusing to give it back, and likely making illegal purchases?
I ordered a Dave's double which was only a little over $5 but when the total came out to just under seven I realized that they rang me up for something called a double cheese. It's not the same price. Then I also found out they put two bottom buns on my burger.
Came back about a year later and the lady at the drive-thru literally couldn't speak English. She was unable to take my order or understand any questions I was asking.
If you go to this Wendy's check your bag. Because they always forget something, always. From food, to straws, to dipping sauces. Just check because even if you order it you might not get it. I avoid this Wendy's for this reason.
Literally a waste of money. Drive as far as you have to for a different Wendy’s. No one other customers present but still had to pull off to the side to wait for our drive through order. When it finally came out, the order was missing an item. Got home and bit into the sandwich to find it was the wrong kind and wrong drinks too. Second time to this spot thinking the first visit was just an off day but nope. Just a terrible spot.
I went here last night, got my food, thinking everything was ok. I got home starting eating and noticed my burger was half cooked. I took the food back and the manager was extremely rude and didn't want to give me a refund. After going back and forth with her for a few minutes I finally got a refund. I will NOT be going back to this location.
Gave me a completely plain burger, which wasn't what I ordered at all.then proceeded to get it wrong when I went back 5 minutes later.complete failure (I was the only person in line as well)
The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. There was only one other customer infront of me in the store and nobody in the drive thru. I waited 25 min just to have my order taken.
I generally only go to Wendy's when I have a coupon from the website. In this case, it was buy a dave's double, get another for a dollar. Everything was what I expected, good sauce, fresh veggies. I pre-ordered online and it was made fresh quickly. I'll give 5 stars because 2 filling hamburgers for less than 5 dollars is a pretty good deal.
Dropped in for a late afternoon snack. After seeing their summer ads featuring a strawberry frosty, my husband had to have one. He ordered a medium and I ordered the smallest chocolate.
Of course, I had to taste the strawberry! I found it to have a delicate strawberry flavor, not too sweet. The chocolate was very nice.
The young man who waited on us was very nice. The store was clean.
Employees are great. The food is always cold even if u special order a burger. I threw my food away. It was that disgusting. Wish P Terry's or Burger King was there. Plus they are way to $$$$.
They’re ants in the machine like a bunch of them, you can’t even get ur drink CLEAN w/o asking them to get u one behind the counter. The food was mid, my friend even asked for cheese on her fries and it wasn’t even melted like bruh….
This Wendy's has consistently messed up my orders in the last few months. Not sure what has changed but would avoid this location
I only gave four stars because we shouldn't eat fast food, but I love Wendy's lol
