Wendy's, Lubbock TX

I'd give them a 0 tonight. I understand busy but rude. Don't give half of an order, ignore the customer who walks in with bags of food.then makes you feel as if you're wrong for asking for the rest of what you paid for. And, they had at least 6 employees I could see

Cold an hard fries that was ubered to me. Very rude lady on the phone.won't order from here again

Okay the staff at this wendy’s are seriously so sweet.one night i pulled up when it was close to closing, and one of the employees apologized to me that their systems had been glitching all night.he could have been rude or just said we’re closed, but he provided me with an explanation and apologized multiple times then wished me a good night.then tonight i went back and the girl working the window with red hair literally made my day.she was so sweet and they always remember my sauces.not to mention they give me at least two of each that i ask for.if you guys see this thank y’all

Drive-thru. Order taker was having an obvious conversation and didn't repeat my order or give me the price. Cashier was very pleasant and conversational. Got to the 2nd window and waited and waited and finally the window slings open and with a "There you go! " my food was almost thrown my way and the window is slammed shut

I reached out and pushed the window open which seemed to annoy the employee and asked where my drink was with my combo. She asked what I had and then pushed the window shut while getting my drink. The window slings open again and the drink handed out. No apology for her mess up. I ask for a straw and get a "Huh? ". Asked again and it was handed out and the window shut without a word.

Food was very good. Fresh and surprisingly hot. Drink tasted properly mixed. However, there were no condiments and there were no napkins.

Food hand out person had an attitude, was having a personal conversation instead of concentrating on her job, and was annoyed that I actually wanted my full order. No condiments or napkins. I realize it was 9pm but this is not acceptable.

Today was my last visit to this location. This used to be, in my opinion, the best Wendy’s in town until they got a new manager. The lady at the window is rude every time. I try to be extra nice to get a smile out of her but she just seems to completely hate her job. It’s the same lady that other people have complained about in the reviews. After having so many terrible experiences with her I decided to call and speak with the manager (the male manager with the pony tail). He was completely dismissive and denied that she was rude stating that he was standing right there and he didn’t hear her being rude. My husband and I both witnessed her attitude so it was very frustrating to not be taken seriously. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this male manager either. I’m very surprised that this man is still in charge, it seems other reviewers have had a similar experience with him. Overall, I won’t be returning to this location because of the horrible customer service.

Just stood in there for 10 minutes and never saw a soul. No point in having the place open if you aren't gonna have people working. Be a good place for a McDonalds. What would Dave say.

Poor customer service/Poor attitude.
I felt like the roles were reversed. I greeted the person taking my ordered and said thank you when my order was given to me.

Wendy's is great. The beef is always hot and fresh. The service is always with a smile. I like Wendy's because it's not just another burger joint. I like to get a baked potato, loaded.

Very rude and disrespectful service!
First of all, they ran out of medium sized cups (which come with the meals) and advised that we could either get a small drink (not adjust the charge) or upgrade to a large drink and charge for that even though it is not our fault they ran out of that size. Forget the fact that they should have advised this when placing the order. The woman at the window was extremely rude trying to just hand the drinks individually even after my husband asked for a drink carrier. She seemed put out and said they were out of those while in the same breath one of her co-workers must have heard and handed her the carrier. She then pushed the food bags to my husband who was trying to keep them from falling and slammed the window in the middle of him trying to ask her for some more straws that blew away. He sat there looking at her and she glared at him and then finally opened the door and rudely said can I help you. My husband then stated, yeah, you can give me my card back and replace the straws that blew away. Ridiculous!

Great little Wendy's: I've heard inconsistency issues from others, but it's been great every time I have gone. The dining room is still like new and kept clean, from what I have seen.

Wanted to try the chicken mozzarella sandwich that looked good on commercial.
DON’T get one at this location! It was completely cold and dried out. Of course the mozzarella patty was not melted. Just cold and congealed. Spent over $11 for the combo and guess what? The fries were ice cold too! Total waste of money! I’m surprised this location is still open.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Went here with 2 different coupons and 2 different orders. Told us they can't take 2 coupons from ONE car that we would have to drive around and order the second order. Made 0 sense because we were in the same car and nobody was there in line. So we do exactly what the lady said and she still gave us a hard time at the window. I turned into a Karen and then she followed the coupons instructions. Also they only had like 3 female employees who were just playing around locking each other outside the building. POINT BLANK DONT SEND PEOPLE COUPONS IN THE MAIL IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE THINGS COMPLICATED. QUIT IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY. Will not be coming back even though its closer to my area.

Rude employees management rude did not get my order right and when I wanted it fixed got an attitude with me seriously I didn't mess up the order will not return to this store

I paid $1.30 for 2 pieces of bacon that to didn’t even get. This was my first time going and now the last time going.

UNSANITARY! Took my kids for a quick late dinner.we were the only ones there.they brought out our food and one of hamburgers had a big piece of plastic in it.the bacon cheese fries has old molding cheese and two big pieces of bacon. I called and asked for the manager.the lady who answered said she was the manager and her name was Jessica MENSAno.she was very unprofessional as she had no idea how to handle the situation.from what I gathered they are in the back playing with the customers food for pleasure.also BEWARE that they purposely don't add your receipts but little do they know it's logged when you pay with cards! SHAME ON YOU! NASTY! NASTY! NASTY

Food was good service was great but the floor by the soda machine was wet with standing water they did have cones up but with me on crutches had to be extra careful
