Wendy's, Grand Prairie TX

I ordered food clearly at menu, parked and food was wrong, I ordered double meat mustard all the way l, no mayo or matchup and received single meat with mayo matchup and mustard, i was not given a straw or napkins or receipt of order.very disappointed in the service, i went back in to pick up straw before looking at food and guys just laughed working behind the counter

Their team did a lot to help me and Aida did an amazing customer service please come here I normally don’t go to Wendy’s for the customer service but I have a diferente opinión of this one!

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and baked potato last night. It was terrible, the salad was smaller than I've gotten at other locations and the potato was overcooked, the peeling was hard.

Ordered the loaded nacho burger and the only toppings they put on there was the queso and lettuce. Meat was overcooked and charred as well. If they didn’t have all of the toppings available, I feel like I should have been informed of that so I could have the choice of ordering something else.

Just stopped in to get something to go. First problem was that none of sugar free options on the soda machine were available, and my friend is diabetic. Had to get them to make us drinks behind the counter. Wouldn't normally complain about that, but then on the drive home (and too far away to turn back) my friend found a long red hair in her burger. Her hair is mostly grey, mine is kind of ash brown, so definitely neither of ours. Oh, and I did call the location to report this while we were still in the truck, but there was no answer, I haven't heard back yet, and I figured this is a good way to warn people. Definitely not coming back to this location. Still trying to reach someone who can help us resolve this.

Had to return because a worker didn't put ketchup, napkins, nor my frosty donation key ring inside. After pulling away again, I realized she also gave me the wrong flavor.

Great staff, service was definitely fast. Dining room was cleaned and monitored. It was the best of what we expect from Wendy’s. Food was excellent. Salad was delicious, coffee was fresh.

While ordering I can here people laughing and the lady had to ask me to repeat myself 2 many times. Then at the window they did say hi or bye

I go here for lunch 3-5 times a month. This place used to be sub-par on every level. Yes it's a fast food restaurant so we have been conditioned to not expect much unless its Chic-Fila or Canes but, they are definetly doing alot better in past year.

I am very disappointed, I have been to this Wendy’s many times … this time I ordered 40 nuggets and was only provided with 20 of them. I was not given a receipt neither is their phone working and refusing to give me my correct order. Beyond pissed. Will not be coming back.

Food was pretty good but my fries were definitely a no go they were warm and no where near hot like McDonald’s. Besides that everything else was delicious

I go to this Wendy's every other Saturday after my Walmart trip for the last 3 years and get myself a 4 for $4. This past weekend 10/21 I went and they charged my card over $44. And of course they did not provide me a receipts this time around. Phone number goes no where. Now I have to cancel my card and hope I can dispute with my bank.

After lunch and shopping, time for 2 frostys. One chocolate and one pumpkin. They were both good bit the pumpkin says HOLIDAY!

Drive thru service was great and fast. Food terrible. Got a #7 and the bread was hard and crumbled like a cracker. How you selling stuff like this. Someone had to grab the bread and notice. People just don't care anymore.

This is my second time at this Wendy’s and I have to say it’s also now my favorite. The food was perfect in every way… put together, cooked, & as ordered. Everything was fresh. From the moment we walked in to the time we left was a pleasant and peaceful experience. Greeted us & cashier was super sweet. The Wendy’s is new so it’s very modern & ‘cute cozy” and if you love nugget ice ooohhhh this one has it! I call it the good-good ice

Got two salads and not only was the lettuce brown and soggy, the fruit was RANCID. It was so disgusting I cannot fathom how the employees passed that legitimate health risk. It was plainly obviously bad and they passed it without a care.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, I was blown away by their exceptional customer service.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Their attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable

One aspect that stood out to me was the quick service. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff managed to deliver orders promptly.

Another noteworthy aspect was the genuine friendliness of the staff.

If you're looking for a fast food experience that goes beyond the ordinary, I strongly encourage you to visit!

The most infuriating thing when you are hangry is getting the wrong order. At the very least, if I had not payed for a double and received a single, it would not have been as bad.
After a long day at work and having no time to eat because I just got home to take my son to baseball practice, I decided to stop at Wendy's on the way home from practice.
The one time I forget to check my order.

Last night my wife went and got me and my boys food through the drive thru about 10pm and noticed one of the employees was licking the sides of the cup of shake for my kids. And my spicy asiago chicken sandwich was torn. I wonder if these guys ever get a mystery shopper or if there district manager is aware of this nasty behavior cause that ain't quality like the sign outside shows. I even called about 5 times and not even a minute to hear if there phone is messed up to speak with a supervisor. Like hello hello 4 seconds and hung up on me.

At this specific location food quality has gone down hill. The last couple times I have gone i have ended up sick the next day.
Service has been horrible and treat you like a inconvenience to bother with apps, Coupons or specials that are even advertised. Even management has a bad attitude and definitely don't even try at least pretend they want to be there themselves.
