Wendy's, Jacksonville TX

Without a doubt, the worst restaurant in Jacksonville Texas. I have been a General Manager of many fast food restaurants and I know when staff is stealing. The staff would ask guest what they want and then repeat it through a headset to the manager running drive-thru. The manager would give her a total and she would tell the guest and take the money. No food was on the screen inside the back area by the line except for those laying with debit card. The front counter person would first ask how you are paying before taking your order. This is 100% stealing funds from the restaurant.
The food we got was completely incorrect and we didn't even get all of what we ordered.
I strongly urge everyone who wants to eat at this Wendy's to rethink that decision. Horrible service, poor food quality and dirty lobby.
DO NOT EAT AT WENDY'S IN JACKSONVILLE TEXAS.
HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND, I BELIEVE, THEFT OF MONEY BY EMPLOYEES!

I strongly suggest you immediately investigate this particular restaurant. If you need new management, let me know lol. I'm available to get the restaurant to running as it should and to increase your profit margin (if it's even turning a profit)

If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t but any way the manager a lady with dark hair working tonight I guess was mad cause I had ordered 7 biggie bags with burgers and 1 biggie bag burger with bacon and 1 biggie bag with the chicken blt well I was missing 2 of the nuggets that go with it I sent my nephew to the door but it was locked I then told him to go to the window she got very nasty and rude to a 13 year old and so I went through the drive through and say at the window and she kept ignoring us and finally she opened the window I told her I understood she is having a long night she then said I KNOW YOUR NOT MISSING ANY NUGGETS AND SHE SAID I HAD TO LEAVE THE FACILITY I told her I was and told her she could have the bags back I never even left the parking lot I’m trying to understand why she even has a job at this point and I’m pretty sure. I’m not the first to complain on her

Horrible burger. Ordered a #1. Cook had to come in from outside to make burger. Asked for no onions. Burger had onion on it and one pice of lettuce, one butt of a tomato, and one end of a pickle slice. Bread rubbery, meat thin. Worst burger I’ve had from here.

Food was good but the soda machine was not mixing the drinks right. Everything tasted like soda water.

Love the food everytime I come here. Sadly today the chicken in the $5 for 5 was extremely dry and hard on bothe the chicken sandwhich and nuggets. Seems like it wasn't fresh to the point that I couldn't eat half my meal. I usually never complain but it was sad to see one of my favorite places to eat give me this experience.

The food was just okay today. My bun was stale but my iced tea was good and cold. Still a favorite for me and the kids.

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable place for kids and adults. Staff is very kind and friendly. I admire the wide variety of drinks that you can get and I love that there are free refills.

The staff is very kind, and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere of it all is very comfortable for anyone. I love going here.

I stopped at this Wendy's for an after-lunch dessert. The staffer recommended the strawberry Frosty, so I chose the medium size. Not bad at all:) If I'm ever in Jacksonville again, I'll certainly stop by this location.

Just left here they were in such a rush to get my order they messed up all 4 meals I ordered and then rushing to get my money just to make me pull into a parking spot with no other customers behind me the whole time.
Train your employees better or fire the whole crew and start over with better training. 7/6/23 at 7: 20pm

Meat is always dried out and hard in spots like it's been sitting out all day. Kept giving them chance after chance.won't be going back.

It was a classic Wendy's food experience, but the staff went above and beyond.

They were super friendly and chatty and all around professionals. Will bring my little girls there again anytime for a fun lunch.

Ordered food to go had to remind person at the window that I had not received my drink then had to ask for straw. When I finally got my food fries were cold along with the burger. The only thing warm were the nuggets will not go back!

I always place my order for pickup through the app because I have a limited lunch break and live 15 minutes out of town. Not once has it been ready when I get there and usually have to pull into a spot and wait for 10-15 minutes (when there is no other customers). I quit going at lunch because I was always late getting back to work.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy's, and I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service I received from Skylar, the manager, and Envy, a team member. What made their efforts even more commendable was the fact that they were operating with a short staffed team.
Despite the challenges of being short staffed Skylar and Envy went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Skylar's efficient management skills allowed them to navigate the busy restaurant seamlessly, while still providing a warm welcome and attentive service. Envy's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as they handled multiple tasks and maintained a positive attitude throughout.
Their ability to provide exceptional service despite the staffing limitations truly speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly commend Skylar and Envy for their outstanding service in the face of staffing challenges. Their exceptional efforts deserve recognition, and I would highly recommend Wendy's to anyone seeking not only delicious food but also an experience where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The main thing I love about Wendy's is that the food is always fresh and one of the best burgers besides Burger King there is, I have always loved Wendy's and the salads and delicious.

Chad is building a great team up here in jacksonvillr, he has a new employee nicki and she's fabulous! Wonderful personality and very helpful. Love how customers service oriented this place is becoming.
