Guy at the driver-thru window has his mask under his nose and his glove was missing a finger.

From now on, if I see a single nose or other hygiene violation, I will just drive away without giving them my credit card.

They got my order right and were very kind. The dinning room is open for social distance eating.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's anywhere. They don't open on their posted hours, and when they do, they don't have anything ready to go and the grill isn't even on. Much of the staff doesn't care and is generally rude. This is very much likely an owner or manager issues. OH! And obviously they don't know how to operate the freestyle soda machine, since all their sodas taste like whatever was poured previously. Just a terrible experience every time. It's upsetting too, since I love Wendy's menu and this one is right next to my house.

Went to grab some food from this location and found the staff to be really rude, they also did not get my order correct. I wanted to go back and ask for a refund but it was not worth the hassle of dealing with them again. I won't be coming back to this location

Cheap food, quality stuff. Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. There was fast and courteous service. It has a nice interior.

This is a great Wendy's. They had great service and the food was good too. It is very affordable and you can get a good meal for a decent price. The people who worked here were both kind and quick. We will definitely come back again.

Cheap food, so great. Everyone at our table was glad to be there. Prices that are reasonable. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.

Worst Wendy's experience ever. The place was a mess and the service was horrible. Wendy's usually does a pretty good job, but I think I must have come in at shift change. The fries were oversalted and the Go Wrap tortilla was stale. The guy at the register was apparently new. He was very nice and courteous, but didn't seem to know how to work the POS terminal.

I enjoy the food here especially the 4 for 4 meals at lunch time is Great, The service is Great also every time I come to get food employees are nice to me. Sometimes I ask for condiments and they forget to put them in my bag with my food but it's okay I just make sure to check my bag before I leave the drive thru now lol.

Came through the drive-thru around 10pm tonight. I'm upset that my burger literally was cold. There was no one in line. No excuse for a cold burger. Reason gave 2 stars because at least the girl at window was nice and I know she wasn't the one cooking in the back. Seriously people, it's not hard to cook a junior burger and fries. I work in the catering business and KNOW THIS.fire your lazy employees and make this location better. This was NOT the first time at this location I received bad food.

Half their drink syrups were out and no employee seemed to be doing anything to add syrup or get their fancy soft drink machine to drink.

Despite it being busy, got through the driveway thru quick and still got friendly customer service.

That's at Wendy's actually is a very good Wendy's they actually are the first Wendy's to get my order right all the other Wendy's they mess up orders this Wendy's is actually a true good Wendy's

Food was great i got the Baconator Double
I feel in love with Baconator.
And all the people who where workin seem very nice food was very fast as well didnt have to wait im come back again i tell yall that.

I work pretty close by so daring lunch a pretty busy but it's amazing how I get in-and-out and not be late going back to work The lady that usually there in helps us a name is Rachel she is amazing put a smile on everyone's face it's great

This place sucks.rarely gets my order correct.and fries are almost ALWAYS cold! Cold fries is just unacceptable
