Wendy's, San Antonio TX

Never open after 9pm. They are clearly open but no one answers drive thru and seems like they all hide until people leave. Horrible customer service

Everything is rich and heavy on the menu. I love to eat and I didn't have ANYTHING TO EAT. NADA! I don't mind a few fried items, but EVERYTHING is very very greasy. I was sooooo disappointed. There was not one fresh "alive" item to choose from when I was there this past Friday. Ambience is good and if you like very rich food with heavy sauces you will like this place. I prefer food where the ingredients shine through in a fresh healthy way.

I ordered the Brussel sprouts and my friends ordered several other items on the menu. The food was awful! Crispy Brussel sprouts =burnt Brussel sprouts. I've had better Brussel Sprouts from Publix's frozen food aisle. The rest of the food was not any better as it lacked flavor and fell flat.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. First off the quality of the food we received was deplorable. The fries were soggy and cold and they forgot an order of them. The lack of beer cheese sauce on the pretzel burgers I ordered was dissapointing and they were cold. Then they completely messed up our chicken sandwich not once but twice. They also made substitutes to our order without asking first or even telling us they did so. The customer service didn't exist and the employees didn't seem to even care. I watched as I waited for my order as they filled a drink for another order with half tea and half soda I don't know if the customer ordered it, but I was disgusted and don't want to know if anything was done to my order like that. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Don't waste your time at this location. It's sad that the staff here is giving them a bad reputation. They mess up the order almost every time.

Very annoyed at the fact that when we arrived at our destination we not only didn’t have our complete order but we did. It have our receipt! I tried calling back and no answer. Also the repetition of my order was done several times and for it not to be in the bag was gross negligence.

The burgers are so well made and juicy all the time, I forgot to get the girl that made my burgers, but everything was amazing from them Excellent service

Food is average. No different from any other Wendy's. Check your order though. Notorious for making the wrong order, and missing items from your order as well.

What can you say about a Wendy's Burger. It's a burger on its own rank. Service time exact to them cooking it for you the moment you ordered it. Try to drive to work and or home, and not grab a fry or 2 or 3.

So awesome. Got my food fast. I was satisfied with everything. First time being at that Wendy's. Coming more often. Keep up the great work.

The customer service is on point! They're always friendly and respectful. Which I really appreciate because that's something this side of town was severely lacking until recently. The Frosty machine is always up and running definetely my favorite treat here. I typically use the drive-thru but on the occasions that I have gone inside it was always very clean. Slowest "fast food" place. 4 cars ahead of me, no wait to order, took 15 mins in the drive through. 2 stars because the lady apologized when I got to the window.

Made a quick stop to get some frostys and something to snack on. Terrible snack choice but it was a very last minute stop. While ordering through the drive thru, the employee who took our order kept cutting us off to ask if that was all we wanted. Once at the window the employee joked that I shouldnt give her my credit card, which isn't a comforting joke as I try to pay her for my order. My order was correct which was a positive.

Outstanding location friendly and courteous people a place to bring the family for good fast food meal

45 minutes in the drivethru! Some people actually go to drive thru because did anyone even think that maybe we would like to have food quickly to go home because some of us have to be up at 330am! Now I’m set back 45 minutes to go home and eat then get my kid to bed! Seriously the worst customer service!

Service is slow, they mess up your order & manager has an attitude. Employees playing around instead of working on orders.

Not a very peaceful atmosphere w/loud construction noise going on internally. Had a very stinky odor about. Suspect a smelly mop being used to clean floors. Mens bathroom out of order. An unsatisfactory rating.

Rundown and the ceiling was dripping on us. Messed up on my order four times. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The place was dirty. It took too long to get my food. The fries were not hot. They were out of Coke and out of my next choice of drink. I will not be going back.
