Wendy's, Houston TX

Every time I go there they never put ketchup on my comboI don't know if it's me or if you have to tell these people to put what you want, anyway just make sure if you're going to go there asking for catchup or whatever salsa you want

Firs was cold nuggets was hard chicken sandwich was cold meat was cold. I had bought the 4 for 4

I was very disappointed this time with Wendy's. There was a long line in drive thu. I Thought I would do take out from dinning room according to the sign on the door. Problem door lock with a smaller sign saying driver thru only. Two signs two different messages. Then get back in line only to find a loitering guy in the back drinking beer. Very uncomfortable!
The sign at the door should have said Drive thru only at this time.
Rather than having conflicting messages.

The service and food were great. I'm a little disappointed they haven't open the dining room as of May 22!

Did NOT get what I ordered!
I ordered a Dave's Double plain; with ketchup, mustard, and cheese.
I PAID FOR THIS ITEM THAT IS $2.00 MORE!
I got a single the regular way but added mustard and ketchup. Everything else was fine but my order was completely wrong.
Whenever I go in the morning it is Never like this, no problems at all. The 1 time I go in the evening was obviously a mistake.
Didn't even get a receipt for this order so I can't even call and complain to them.
Ruined meal had to go cook something else for me and give my food that I paid for away.

The WAIT is entirely too long. But on the other hand, I guess THAT says a lot- depending on YOUR perception of things.

The night with the haircut is rude, got my order wrong but had the audacity to have an attitude. Gave them my receipt and my bag to prove to them I didn't have everything but still had an attitude. To top it off, I get back to the house and see that my fries were either old and refried or they had been fried in bad grease.

Drive thru to me is pretty fast. Only been in once, but any fast food restaurant I prefer drive thru.

They are slow, check your order before leaving, she forgot a whole order of my mines went in the inside and they acted like they did not want to give me.my food. I want be going back down their.

Was served a RAW piece of chicken today. Red raw, not pink. When I called to speak with the manager the lady who claimed to be a manager could barely speak understandable English so that conversation went nowhere. I'm contacting Wendy's corporate office. This is ridiculous!

Customer service isn't great but its not poor either. It states here they close at 1am but I've gone at 12: 30am and they're already cleaning and putting up and will not take anymore orders. Theres been several times where they run out of cookies. But other than that I'd recommend. It's the only Wendy's in my area so I'll keep going. The chili and natural lemonade is the best among fast food restaurants.

Slow service, I got the wrong food, fries were cold and it was the mgt who took and made the order. She replaced it with some fresh ones. But I don't think they had enough people working.

One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I have been here numerous times. And every time they have gone my order wrong and it's plain and simple.a number 6 with a sprite. Today I get a sprite mixed with something red. Every time I go here I have to turn back and complain I'm tired of it. If you're looking to get Wendy's don't come here.

Terrible service and experience tonight. I gave one star because I can’t give a negative star rating! It took 12 minutes to get a number four and side of chili. The order was wrong - they remade it. It was wrong AGAIN! How hard is it to make a burger with no mayo and no cheese? Here at this Wendy’s seemingly impossible. That was a complete waste of $13.50. Thank you for completely wasting my time and money tonight! The manager on duty Myra was absolutely no help at all.

The worst location I have ever been too. They have very poor management and customer service, never again will I go to that location.

The slowest staff in Houston. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, you will wait 5-10 min at the drive thru.

First fast food place that i been to that actually has good service and believe me we eat out alot. The people that work there are polite and patient. Will definitely go back again.

My order is always wrong here. I just keep it simple and order a kid's meal. Only ketchup comes on the burger, they still get it wrong. But I eat it anyway and keep it moving.

The service was extremely slow. They made the frosty when I ordered my food. But it took about 15 minutes to get to the window. Then they gave me that watery frosty! Needles to say I had to send that back and get a fresh one. The rest of my order was good.

Great if you speak Spanish, obviously the workers first language is not English; but the food was good, quick, and correct.
