Wendy's, Austin TX

Have mixed feelings this place is usually great (service and atleast above par on food). First I am super glad that y’all were open on the day of the visit. I sat for over an hour and a half. (Love this location that much) but to get an ice cold burger to find out that it’s not fully cooked. I couldn’t even eat it and I was only a few bites in. Thankfully the chili and fries I ordered helped fix my need for food.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 meals (without drinks bc they don't have drinks right now.) Was charged 11$ for 2 singles and the manager refused to make it right. This is the 2and Wendy's that has done some sort of nonsense during all this. We won't be back.

This place is fast and very convenient for me as I work just down the street from it. People are friendly and courteous. Never once I had bad experience.

They're super slow - regardless of whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. Their food was decent and fresh (gotta love Wendy's bacon), but they really need to take a page out of Chick-fil-A's book on how to do line management and move people through quickly.

This location need more attention on orders. Breakfast orders always missing small items like cream and sugar for coffee and potatoes without ketchup and they don't listen very carefully and like they in rush taking drive through deliveries. Plus they being rude and annoyed. This isn't right and how is should be.

They have disabled the wifi for customers while keeping the password protected one for office use. They further inconvenienced their customers by removing all outlets accessible to the public.

Y’all overcharged me, I asked for the meal instead of all separate and when I said something about it the red headed manager said “it’s the same price” and walked away from me. Thanks for being leader.

I used to like this location because it's close to me, I always order the Southwest Avocado salad, and the one I ordered today was just completely a watery mess, the few tomatoes it had were cut thin and round looking like saucers and just a pinch of cheese hiden under the lettuce the couple bacon crumbs barely nothing and the chicken was in huge chunks which I counted in the whole salad was 5all on top, very disappointed, Then the lady at the window was yelling my total outthe window before I even got to the window and I thought what is her problem, not a hello alot of them won't greet you they just want the money.

This particular Wendy's on Ben Wyatt has moved into the new age it's clean sleek and no cluttered counters. I would recommend this place if you were in a hurry because they are fast and good

French fries were crisp and fresh. The hamburger was also quite good and fresh. Good value for the money.

Wendy's will always be my favorite for their fries yummy slated just right lol! And of course their frosty Yummers chocolate my fav!

There were small flies all over the place, including in the cookie case. It took five minutes to be served, yet there was staff standing around behind the counter.

Not what I'm used to at Wendy's. Got my order wrong then wrapped it and put it on the tray for someone else. I won't order coffee from them in the afternoon. Yes, it was made fresh but by someone that didn't know how to make it. Took forever to get my coffee then it was undrinkable. Too strong. As I stated. Not what I'm used to.

I love this local Wendy's near me, the employees in this Wendy's are extremely friendly, and very courteous. The food is extremely good and very healthy.

Very slow and ran out of so many ingredients I just left. Also been back once again since then and went inside. Very disgusting inside and most the booths are tore up bad. Tiles missing out the ceiling and just very disgusting in the bathroom and everywhere. Trash was all full throughout and no ketchup. Will never ever be coming back here again.

Omg there are people asleep in the booths the food was horrible this is like a sleeping ground for homeless omg I spent 20 dollars for 2 burgers combo worst ever don't stop here

Stop rules helpful and friendly and I'm afraid to say the living on a budget right now the cool football is a lifesaver I much prefer chicken and there are three different varieties

I love the baked potato option. The grilled chicken is the best in the business. Their ice cream is the best.

I love the food but the last time the Staff in South Congress were faithing in front the clients.

I'm a sucker for an ice cold frosty I just hate it when the frosty machine puts out not so frosty.frosty's.
