Wendy's, Rockwall TX

One word. RUDE! I'm leaving at a little after 2pm. Lady taking my order is apparently new. Asked me 3 times what my order was. No pleases, no thank you's, ABSOLUTELY NO manners whatsoever! The woman that took my order also had a name tag that was blacked out with no name on it.

Food is not bad. However I placed online app order couple times this week, mobile app coupons do not apply properly, order transaction won't complete. Did not receive any food but I see transactions posted on my credit card. I disputed the transactions with credit card company. So much drama for some food!

Picked up the apple pecan salad. Apples and lettuce was not fresh. I do not recommend getting salads here.

Restaurant is clean treated by a friendly employee. Ordered 2 Biggy Bag. I guess we got the lunch rush left overs, bread was dry, the food was not hot but little more than warm.

Well I love the Frosty's but everything else has gotten really expensive the salads are usually very good

Good food poorly designed location for disabled parking. When i wanted to leaved i was blocked in by cars hoing through the drive trough. Tables need to be cleaned off after someone uses them.

Love this place, the general manager is very important to the day to day function of this location, anybody can tell he really loves this restaurant and the customers.

At this Rockwall Wendy's, there seemed to be good parking, however access during peak traffic hours would probably pose a challenge. The Rockwall Wendy's, service was prompt and my Biggie Bag was provided with minimal wait. The food was warm, fresh and tasty.

There is potential on a good day but it's anyone's guess.they lost their mojo and you can taste the difference

Overall, just another Wendy's so dont expect a whole lot. Thijgs worth noting: clean place, friendly staff, not loud, spaced out adequately and most important is that it is usually quiet around lunch time so plenty of options on where to sit!

They messed up an order and one of my sons could only eat bottom bun and meat. We live in Royse City and were passing through.

I went to Wendy’s for my very first time in my life expecting for me to receive a very delicious burger but I was really disappointed when I took a bite and the patty was blend and teastless, the fries are pretty good but their burgers don’t live up to their expectations. Not worth the 10 dollars I spent

Alway fresh and orders are 99% accurate. No one is perfect but the lunch staff strives for it. Definitely one of the best Wendy's out there.

My order was messed up on my lunch break yesterday. They took the the time to handle the situation today and I really appreciate it!

Burgers were dry. They didn't have diet Coke. Fries were soggy. Slow even though there weren't many customers.

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive through with 1 car ahead of me. They forgot napkins and a straw. He handed me the wrong order and noticed before I fully brought it in my car. Waited another 4 minutes with 3 cars behind me. He then gets me the correct order and says “Here you go bro”. Terrible waiting time and service.

They're fast but during dinner rush they're too fast. They forgot our straws but I'm not mad. Just really lol
