Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
21I was really hungry, so it was ok. The 'Crispy Chicken' was not so crispy though. Also, there was no flavor. I could not really taste the mayo. I guess it is better than having it all over the wrapper. That sliver of lettuce? Made me giggle; but hey, it fit
Sropped by to get the Bourbon Bacon Burger, chicken nuggets and some fries. Service at the counter was quick and friendly. Food was very tasty; sauce on the burger really went well with the meat and I really liked the burger. Would like to try the burger with double patty next time.
The food is fresh and good and the service was really good and there dining room was clean and I was Recommend this Wendy
Went to this Wendy's and halfway through my sandwich I find mold on the bun. Took it bacthe young lady behind the counter took it to the manager. The manager told me it was flour, but when did flour become blue? I just wanted my sandwich remade but because she tried to say I was lying I asked for my money back. She promptly gave me a refund. The manager here needs to know mold from flour before she gets someone sick.
Customer service here is Awesome! It was well worth the drive just for the customer service. Food was hot and fresh. Best Wendy's in the area
We were the only ones in the drive thru when we pulled up. Had order a medium fry with my meal, instead of the small that came with it. Still received a small fry. Wasn’t worth it to go back in the line, since there were more cars at that point. Oh, and this was a mobile order, too. Not going back to this location.
Wouldn't even tell me what sauces they had. We ordered 2 meals, they gave us one and were sassy when we asked for the other. We asked for sauce and she looked at us like we murdered her family.
Recently my roommate and I had a bad experience with our order at this Wendy's. They got both our separate orders either wrong or missing items. Our fries and chicken were below room temperature when we got home, which is less than 5 minutes away, yet we assumed they were fresh and hot since we had to wait longer than normal even though there was no one ahead of us. This was our worst experience there and hope that things get much better soon.
Been coming to this location (original & rebuild) since 96. Fast, fresh and friendly staff. Clean tables & floors. My favorite neigborhood fast food chain by far in this area.
It’s ok. The service varies greatly here depending on who you get. Not the most consistent either and be prepared to get cold fries with your order.
Starting to go downhill. Tables are rarely cleaned. The coke dispenser has many choices that don't work. The ketchup pumps never work. It seems the management only hires certain people to work there, and English isn't spoken, but attempted when you order TVs used to work, but not anymore Time to find another location for lunch I think Shame really
This is my favorite Wendy's. It may be my favorite fast food joint. The manager, José, is always there, and always fun. He may not be the owner, but he runs that place like he is.
Why ask, “Which sauce for your nuggets? ” if you’re not going to put any! No sauce, no ketchup (I asked for that too) and no straws.
This is our go to lately for a quick burger with 3 kids and a busy life. In comparison, the burgers are tastier than other fast food spots.
Repeated my order a few times and had to show my receipt to get the drinks I paid for after ordering. It was crowded, still an inconvenience. Got our food though, no problems other than that.
So, after repeatedly explaining to the lady taking orders in drive thru that I wanted 2 SIDE CAESAR SALADS, I get my pregnant butt home to find shess given me 2 regular side salads, but with Caesar dressing. I am freaking livid! YOU HAD ONE JOB, LADY! OVER PRICED AND HALF ASSED!
Too Much salt I could not eat My lunch over all the restaurant was clean well staff it took only 5 minutes to get my order
Food is good. They said sorry more times than I can count. Very slow just to order. In fact I could have gone to Kroger and bought the items drive home and cook it myself. Yes this is exaggerated but slow and understaffed is my point.
Why would the dining area be closed at 9pm, who does this? Well after waiting 20 min in line the order is wrong. Instead of being able to go inside to fix order I had to wait another 10 to get it fixed and wait through the drive thru again- just disappointed
Staff was very unprofessional towards closing-just seem like they didnt care not paid attention to detail (you could tell they were hard working people who either didnt want to be there or were too immature to be dealing with the public). They gave me someone elses order, which I didn't notice til after I left. I wasn't impressed with cleanliness or service. Luckily, I was on that side of town once and wont have to worry about patronizing them again. If, I owned the franchise I'd be concerned.
